Tournament Weeks 14 & 15

Weeks 14 and 15 are playoff weeks for the 4 conference leaders. They are also tournament weeks for everyone else (including the playoff teams). The tournaments are separate from one another. You can enter one and not the other or you can enter both. Regular full roster teams can enter. Subs can be used to build a team. The sub MUST have bowled in our league as a sub this year, or, be a regular roster member from another team in our league. Teams cannot 'switch' players. At least 1 player from the team must be a regular roster player of that team.
Everyone pays the regular bowling fee of $12.00 for the 3 games PLUS an additional $5.00 per person for the tournament entry fee. The league will kick in an additional $225.00 to the prize fund for each tournament ($150.00 for 1st and $75.00 for 2nd).
If all 24 teams enter the tournament, the winner will take home first place money calculated for each tournament as follows...
# of bowlers times $3.50 plus $150.00. With 24 teams that amounts to $402.00.
The runner-up prize money is calculated for each tournament as follows...
# of bowlers times $1.50 plus $75.00. With 32 teams, that amounts to $183.00.
The winner will be the team that scores the highest total pins plus handicap for the 3 games. The runner-up will be the 2nd highest total pins plus handicap for the 3 games. Handicaps from Week 10 will be used to keep the sandbaggers at bay.
It's a lot of fun. The more, the merrier.
