Game 1: Doom Cats vs. Vertex

A double by Chris Hackney helps DC get a run in the top of the first. Vertex vats around in the bottom of the first to score seven runs on singles, and a Sean Nonemacher double. Two runs cross the plate for DC in the top of the second. DC manages to pick up another run in the top of the third on singles. A double by Derek Keightly leads to a run for Vertex in the bottom of the third. Matt Schaub jacks a solo her for Vertex in the bottom of the fifth. Vertex adds two insurance runs on singles in the bottom of the sixth. Vertex tops the Doom Cats, 11-4.

Game 2: Silverbacks vs. Doom Cats

DC takes an early lead in the bottom of the first with two runs. A leadoff double by Blaze W nets DC two runs in the bottom of the second. The Silverbacks bat around in the top of the third to score nine runs on a lot of singles, and a two run double by Ian Cuozzo. In the top of the fourth, Rob McKenna smashes a three run homer for the Silverbacks. Blaze W smokes a leadoff triple for DC in the bottom of the fourth with DC scoring two more runs.
DC pushes three runs across in the bottom of the fifth thanks to triples by Zach Martin and Matt Hatch. Rob McKenna launches a two run homer for the Silverbacks in the top of the sixth for his 1,000th career RBI. Five runs come in for the Silverbacks in the top of the seventh on walks and singles. DC rallies for four runs on the bottom of the seventh as Blaze W smashes a two run homer, completing the cycle. The Silverbacks beat down the Doom Cats, 23-13.

Game 3: Goodfellas vs. Pigeon Boyz

GF take an early lead with three runs in the top of the first with a triple by Jose Rodrgiuez. PB gets on the board with three runs in the bottom of the second on singles.
Victor Miken blasts a solo homer for GF in the top of the third. Mike Gilbert takes a solo homer for PB in the bottom of the third. PB bats around in the bottom of the fifth to put up eight runs on all singles. GF rallies for three runs in the top of the seventh with Mike Chwieroth smoking a two in homer. The Pigeon Boyz double up on the Goodfellas, 14-7.

Game 4: Maggios vs. Pigeon Boyz

Mike Macket rips a two run triple for Maggios in the top of the first as four runs come in. PB answers with five runs in the bottom of the first on errors, and doubles by Tom Ivers and Cody Miller. Maggios bats around in the top of the fourth to get three runs with a run scoring double by Ryan Oberholtzer. Two runs come in for Maggios in the top of the sixth on singles. PB uses a run in the bottom of the seventh to walk it off for the win. The Pigeon Boyz beat Maggios in dramatic fashion, 10-9.
