Good Morning, WEEK 3 of the WILD WILD B West Softball America

Pitch, Please @ Hattricks

After a quiet first inning Pitch, Please went crazyyyy batting around scoring 9 runs using singles and a big triple by Barry's younger brother Bill Larkin! Kris Cassel would attempt to start the comeback with a leadoff double but unfortunately he was the only run that would score. Josh Graef would get a 2 run double in the 3rd to make it 9-3 Pitch, Please. Pitch, Please scored 5 more runs in the 4th to really put this one away courtesy of 5 straight singles and a BOMB by Dan Altemos! Josh Graef had a solid day for Hattricks going 3-4 with 3 doubles but just not enough at Pitch, Please wins this one easy!

Isotopes @ Cifelli Sunoco

Isotopes start by batting around 4 walks and 3 singles lead to 4 runs. They say WALKS will kill you. Cifelli said... NOT TODAY... Blake Hildbrandt, Tom William, Mike Schoenagel and Rob Wassington all doubled in the first... Schoenagel also triples along with Mr Cifelli himself and a Home Run by Sam Ryan capped off a 11 run first inning. With no answer from Isotopes, Dylan Hildbrant, Chris and Tom William would all double in the 2nd and a Triple by Sam Ryan capped off the scoring in the 2nd. 15-4 Cifelli. This game was ALL CIFELLI who had the most extra base hits i've ever seen in a 3 inning game. Wassington, Blake Hildbrant, Sam Ryan (Who completed his CYCLE in only 3 innings) and Schoenagel all doubled in the 3rd but Rob Wassington his a GRAND SLAM as the big blow in this inning.

Game MVP(s) - EVERYONE? Sam Ryan hit for the cycle 4-4 , Mike Schoenagel 4-4 with 4 extra base hits, Rob Wassington 4-4 with 3 extra base hits and a grand slam and Tom William was slumming it only 2 extra base hits going 4-4... WOW

Cifelli's @ Sons of Pitches

Cifelli's opened the game up scoring 3 runs with a Sam Ryan double and Toby Coleman joined the hit party 3-0, Sons of Pitches bat around in the bottom and were aided by a few errors along with some singles. 7-3 Sons of pitches after 1. Sam Ryan had himself a day tripling in the 2nd. 7-5 after 2 innings. Sons of pitches added 2 more in the 3rd on an Austin Kooker double, Cifelli's add 6 in the 3rd off of doubles by Sam Ryan, Tom William and Toby Coleman to take a 11-9 lead after 3 innings. Blake Hildbrandt tripled and Tom William homered in the the 5th to take the lead for good. Sam Ryan had a two run triple in the 6th to cap a MONSTEROUS day and Rob Wassington hit ANOTHER Bomb in the 7th! Sons of Pitches tried to rally in the 7th socring 3 runs on a Joey Giampleteo bases clearing double.

HG Coal Fired Pizza @ Philly's Phinest

Both teams start cold from the plate, The scoring started in the 3rd on a few singles and walks that lead to 4 runs for Philly's Phinest. Back to back HOME RUNS by the Parker brothers cut that lead in half in the 4th. The bottom of the order one again sparked Philly's Phinest with 3 more runs, Rob Koneberg doubled and 3 came around to score with walks and an error. 7-2 Philly's Phinest after 4. HG tied the game in the 5th scoring 5 runs on a triple by Mark Kennedy and a Jay Stein BOMB!!! After a quiet 6th and shutting down HG in the 7th.. Philly's Phinest only needed 1 to walk it off. A Walk, FC and a error led to a walk off without a hit!

Jackhammers @ SCLSU Muddogs

Jackhammers start the scoring off a BIG Z Double to score 2. The Figueroa Boys score 2 runs to answer in the 1st for the Muddogs. after a quiet 2nd the Jackhammers unload and when I say unload, I mean they are extremely patient at the plate taking 5 straight walks and Zack Lyall smashes a 3 run bomb to cap off a 10 run inning! I'd love to tell you about the Jackhammers offensive explosion but it was really just patience and walks! Outside a 3 run BOMB from Big Z it was all walks. SCLSU Muddogs only scored one more after the 1st and this one ended early.
