A Division

Quarry

Game 3: Doom Cats vs. Vertex

DC starts off hot with back to back to back homers by Jose Rodriguez, Zach Martin, and Tom Koelzer. Vertex answers in the bottom of the first with three runs on doubles by Sean Nonemacher and Matt Schaub. A double by Chris Hackney and a Jose Rodriguez RBI triple leads to three runs for DC in the top of the second. Matt Schaub blasts a solo homer for Vertex in the bottom of the fourth. Jon Poore smashes a leadoff homer for DC in the top of the sixth. Sean Nonemacher smokes a solo homer for Vertex in the bottom of the sixth. DC bats around in the top of the seventh to score seven runs thanks to a two run double by Chad Peterman, and a Connor Thorpe two run triple. The Doom Cats take care of Vertex, 17-7.

Game 4: Silverbacks vs. Pigeon Boyz

Walks help PB score four runs in the bottom of the first. A leadoff double by Ari Silverstein nets the Silverbacks a run in the top of the second. Five runs cross the plate for the Silverbacks in the top of the third thanks to a two run triple by Carlos Gonzalez, and a Rob McKenna two run homer. KC Ingram smashes a two run homer for PB in the bottom of the third. The Silverbacks bat around in the top of the fifth to put up seven runs with a three run double by Rob McKenna and an Ari Silverstein two run homer. KC Ingram launches a leadoff homer for PB in the bottom of the fifth. PB bats around in the bottom of the sixth to push six runs across on walks, singles, and a two run homer by Mike Bitterlich. The Silverbacks take the lead with a run in the top of the seventh. The Silverbacks squeak by Pigeon Boyz, 14-13.

B South

Hatfield

Game 1: Web Gems vs. Lucky Dog

Arik Fenton jacks a two run homer for WG in the top of the first. Singles lead to four runs for WG in the top of the second. LD gets on the board with a run in the bottom of the second. Andy Snuder launches a solo homer for LD in the bottom of the third. Peter Corrigan blasts a two run homer for WG in the top of the sixth. Tim Frei rips a three run double for LD in the bottom of the sixth. Web Gems get by Lucky Dog, 8-7.

Game 2: D & A Electric vs. Spartans

DAE takes the early lead with two runs in the top of the first. Kevin Conrad jacks a solo homer for DAE in the top of the second. Four runs cross the plate for the Spartans in the bottom of the third with a two run double by Jeff Rodriguez. The Spartans bat around in the bottom of the fourth to score seven runs on singles, and a triple by Brian Kosik. DAE bats around in the top of the sixth to plate TWELVE runs on a whole lot of walks, and a Kevin Conrad three run homer. D & A Electric takes down the Spartans, 17-12.

Game 3: Hitmen vs. The Naturals

Back to back doubles by Pat Feliciani and Mike Sirianni lead to two runs for the Hitmen in the top of the first. The Hitmen bat around in the top of the second to plate nine runs on walks, and a two run triple by Nick Lang. Mark McLauglin rips an RBI triple for the Hitmen in the top of the fourth. The Hitmen put up three runs in the top of the sixth. TN doesn’t bring any offense. The Hitmen shut out The Naturals, 17-0.

Game 4: Broad Street Bullies vs. Steam

Steam starts hot with five runs in the bottom of the first on walks and singles. Two runs cross the plate for BSB in the top of the second thanks to a double by Jesse Fuller, and a Tom Newall RBI triple. Jesse Fuller rips a two run double for BSB in the top of the third. Anthony Peretti smashes a solo homer for Steam in the bottom of the third. Back to back doubles by Jay Cowan and Jaden Newman net BSB two runs in the top of the fifth. Steam picks up five runs in the bottom of the sixth thanks to singles, and a three run homer by Tyler Fornwatt. Steam beats Broad Street Bullies, 12-9.

Lukens I

Game 3: The Swingers vs. Sticky Bandits

TS scores five runs in the top of the first with doubles by Dave Pong and Lucas Burke. SB answers with a run in the bottom of the first. TS plates another six runs in the top of the second on walks and singles. TS adds four insurance runs in the top of the seventh courtesy of doubles by Brian Close, Dion Greene, and Zach Nikander. SB rallies for two runs in the bottom of the seventh on singles. The Swingers destroy Sticky Bandits, 17-3.
