HG Coal Fired Pizza (H) vs E's Irish Pub (A)

E's starts the game off by scraping together a run. HG goes 1,2,3 which has been rare for the top seed in the league. E's explodes in the second socring 5 with singles for days... 5 singles and 3 walks batting around. 6-0 E's. The only undefeated team left in the division was in jeopordy of losing their 0. HG had their back against the wall early and responded by cutting the lead in half with 3 runs off of singles. 6-3 after 2 innings. A quiet 3rd for both teams. 6-3 headed to the 4th. E's starts the inning with a huge triple by RAD BRAD Millens, 3 runs plated as they continued to single HG to death. 9-3 E's! Could E's shock the SBA world? Eric Cohen helped HG respond with a double, then the Parker brothers with back to back RBI's after a hugeeee Triple by Andrew Parker. 9-5 E's. E's would go silent in the 5th but HG would not. A E's error lead to an inning that could have been 1,2,3 to a 5 run outburst! Can not give teams like HG extra outs, the top of the order finally woke up as MVP candidate Jay Stein double'd, a couple walks and a huge two out bases clearing double by Brendan "SMUSH" Parker gave HG a 10-9 lead! A silent 6th inning for E's didnt come at the best time as HG was heating up, once again a big error would lead to a huge inning for HG socring 4 more runs. E's could not respond!

Hattricks (A) vs HG Coal Fired Pizza (H)

Hattricks would jump on HG much like E's did, could this be the team that knocks off the PIZZA FIRED crew? The first 4 guys reached base and 3 runs scored, the big blow was a John "Michael" Scott double 3-0 Hattricks. HG once again went 1,2,3 to start the game. Hattricks slowed down going quietly in the second. HG tied the game with a 3 run 2nd inning as Brendan Parker continued to rake, doubling and scoring on a Morcelline single. 3-3 after 2 inning. Hattricks went quietly again in the 3rd. Collin Stein has a leadoff single that scored to make it a 4-3 game. Hattricks finally got back on the board in the 4th as Basil "TooManySyllables" smoked a clutch two out single to take the lead back for Hattricks 5-4. HG answered in their half of the inning as Tyler Cohen BAZOOKA'd a triple scoring Messina and he later scored on a Neil sac fly. 6-5 HG. Both teams had a quiet 5th inning. Hattricks regained the lead in this seesaw game with 2 runs in the 6th from a walk and 2 singles. An error by Hattricks lead to an unearned run for HG who capitalized again on the defensive struggles of their opponents. Tyler Cohen once again doubled to help that error come around and score. TIED going to the 7th... Hattricks trying to knock off the only remaining unbeaten team... BOTH teams stranded a runner in scoring position so we get FREE SOFTBALL as we head to the 8th inning. The bottom of the order could not take get the courtesy runner to score from 2nd and all HG needed was a ground out to move the runner and a sac fly to the take the game.

Jackhammers (A) vs MaGerks (H)

A notorious slow start for the hammers as they go quiet in the 1st. MaGerks score one as Steve Walker scores on a ROCK JOHNSON single. Hammers fail to score again in the second so MaGerk's stretch their lead to 4-0 after a Will "The Thrill" Clark double.
