Game 2: Vertex vs. Silverbacks
The Silverbacks bat around in the bottom of the first to score five runs on back to back two run doubles by Rob McKenna and Scott Castner. The Silverbacks pick up two more runs in the bottom of the second. Vertex gets on the board in the top of the third with a run thanks to a double by Sean Nonemacher. Steve Stoneback smokes an RBI double for Vertex in the top of the fourth. A run crosses the plate for Vertex in the top of the fifth on a double by Dave DeStephanis. The Silverbacks plate a run in the bottom of the fifth. Singles give Vertex three runs in the top of the seventh. The Silverbacks squeak by Vertex, 9-8.
Game 3: Pigeon Boyz vs. Phinny’s
PB takes an early lead with four runs in the top of the first thanks to an RBI double by Eddie Short. Phinny’s answers with three runs in the bottom of the first on singles and an RBI double by Cody Runner. Mike Bitterlich rips a two run double for PB in the top of the second. PB adds three runs in the top of the third. PB bats around again in the top of the fifth to put up six runs with back to back two run doubles by Mike Bitterlich and Brandon Birkhead. Phinny’s plates another run in the bottom of the sixth. The Pigeon Boyz take care of Phinny’s, 16-4.

Game 1: D & A Electric vs. E’s Irish Pub
DAE gets a run in the top of the first. A leadoff triple by Blake Hildebrandt helps EIP get four runs in the bottom of the first. John Walsh rips an RBI double for EIP in the bottom of the second. Singles lead to three runs for DAE in the top of the third. Blake Hildebrandt smashes bases loaded triple for EIP in the bottom of the third. DAE bats around in the top of the fifth to push five runs across on errors and singles. Blake Hildebrandt blasts a solo homer for EIP in the bottom of the fifth. E’s Irish Pub takes down D & A Electric, 15-10.
Lukens III
Game 1: Broad St. Bullies vs. Sticky Bandits
John Weistein rips a three run double for SB in the bottom of the first. BSB scores six runs in the top of the second on singles. Nick Ryan blasts an RBI triple for SB in the bottom of the second. SB picks up four runs in the bottom of the second with an RBI triple by Nick Ryan. Back to back doubles by Matt Glover and Bryan Kemn net BSB a run in the top of the fourth. BSB plates three more runs in the top of the fifth. Back to back doubles by Pat Donnelly and Alex Klugeler gives SB a run in the bottom of the fifth. Sticky Bandits beat the Broad St. Bullies, 18-10.
Game 2: Spartans vs. Foul Balls
Chris O’Neal rips an RBI triple for the Spartans in the top of the second. A leadoff double by Arik Fenton nets FB a run in the bottom of the second. FB adds three runs in the bottom of the fourth. FB plates six runs in the bottom of the fifth on singles, and a double by Pete Corrigan. Singles give the Spartans four runs in the top of the sixth. Dave Anderson jacks a solo homer for the Spartans in the top of the seventh. Foul Balls beat the Spartans, 12-7.
Game 3: Stiff Sox vs. Foul Balls
SS takes an early lead with two runs in the top of the first. Cole Henrie smashes an RBI triple for SS in the top of the second. FB bats around in the bottom of the second to get nine runs on walks, singles, and a bases loaded triple by Ryan McAvey. SS adds eight runs in the top of the third on singles, and an RBI double by Blake Margot. Brain Delucas jacks a three run homer for SS in the top of the fourth. Cole Henrie smokes an RBI double for SS in the top of the fifth. FB finishes it early in the bottom of the fifth, adding six runs on walks and a double by Justin Mahmoe. Foul Balls walks it off over the Stiff Sox, 17-16.
Game 4: Hitmen vs. Stiff Sox
The Hitmen bat around in the top of the first to score five runs with doubles by Pat Feliciani and Jimmy Beaumesiter, and a Dave Anderson two run triple. SS answers with three runs in the bottom of the first courtesy of an RBI double by Adam Allman. The Hitmen bat around again in the top of the third to plate TEN runs on walks, and doubles by Dennis D’Angelo and Chris Cruz. SS pushes three runs across in the bottom of the third with doubles by Brian Delucas, Blake Morgot, and Chad Adams. Dennis D’Angelo jacks a solo homer for the Hitmen in the top of the fourth. The Hitmen bat around once agan in the top of the sixth to pick up five runs thanks to an RBI double by Bryan Fennell. SS adds seven runs in the bottom of the sixth on walks, an RBI double by Joe Neany, and a Hans Abendroff run scoring triple. The Hitmen out slug the Stiff Sox, 21-16.
