Game #1 – SCLSU Mud Dogs vs. Dirty Dozen
Charlie Hooker gets this week rolling with a two run double and gives Mud Dogs the early lead. Dirty Dozen responds with two runs of their own with a Sean Taylor RBI single and Ross Anderson RBI single. Both teams grab a run in the third as we stand tied at 3-3 after three innings. Neither team scores again until the sixth when Dirty Dozen grabs three runs. Taylor smashed a solo bomb and Jayden Newman knocked in two with a double. Mud Dogs can’t respond and get blanked the rest of the game. Dirty Dozen takes this defensive game. Dirty Dozen wins 6-3.

Game #2 – Amber Inn vs. Palz Tap House
Amber scores first in this one getting a Bryon McMackin RBI triple and Dave Groves RBI single. Palz then responded with three runs of their own. Pete Herbert got one on a sac fly and Tim Reinboth knocked in one on an RBI single. Reinboth was at it again with an RBI single in the third as Palz opens up a lead at 5-3. Palz double that lead in the fourth grabbing five more runs. Casey Long smashed a two run double and Ryan Nakonieceny had a RBI double of his own in the inning. Amber Inn get a couple back with sac fly’s from McMackin and Groves, but it wouldn’t be enough to stay alive in this one. Palz win 11-6.

Game #3 – Amber Inn vs. Dirt Stars
Dirt Starts strike first in this one with a Shawn Mackley two run single taking a 3-0 lead. Amber Inn strike back with two runs of their own from a Dave Gotschal two run single. Amber Inn then takes the lead in the third pushing across four more runs. Marc MKinney and Kevin Noona had RBI triples and RIB doubles respectfully and Bryan McMackin smashed a solo homer in the inning. Dirt Starts respond with three runs of their own. Joe Tulino had a two run double in the inning to help them get back into the game. Dave Graves helps increase Amber’s lead with an RBI double. Amber Inn really gets rolling late in the game as Nonna smashes a two run double and McMackin adds another home run, his second of the game. The late push helps Amber Inn to get the win today. Amber Inn wins 15-9.

Game #4 – Philly Phinest vs. Hambinos
Hambinos come out in this game like they were shot out of a cannon batting around twice and pushing 13 runs across. Matt Good stars the scoring with an RBI double which is followed up by a two run double from Bob Gower. Good then clears the bases later in the inning with a triple, his second hit of the inning. Gower also had another hit in the inning a two run bomb. Hambinos were back at it again with six more runs in the second. Spencer Slutsky drove in three runs with a single and Bill Peters knocked in two with a single. The hits continue to pull in for Hambinos as they dominate in this one and will win easily. Hambinos win 23-5.
