Game #1 – Hambinos vs. Amber Inn

Hambinos get rolling early with a Nick Heller RBI single and a two-run bomb from Brad Gower. Amber Inn gets two runs back with an RBI single from Marc McKinney and RBI walk from Kevin Noone. Bob Gower grabbed an RBI single for Hambinos in the third increasing their lead to 4-1. Amber Inn really cools down as they struggle at the plate. Hambinos play small ball grabbing two more runs on a sac fly and RBI single respectfully from Bob Gower and Bill Peters. Hambinos add some insurance runs in the seventh on a solo bomb from Matt Good as well as some errors. Amber Inn grab some runs late, but will fall in this one. Hambinos win 9-5.

Game #2 – Hambinos vs. Philly’s Phinest

Hambinos look to get it rolling and start off with three runs out of the gate. Nick Heller gets it started with an RBI double and later in the inning Bill Peters grabs an RBI double of his own. Philly’s Finest get two runs back in the bottom of the inning, but then Hambinos explode again. Spencer Slutsky and Heller smack back to back RBI triples and a couple batters later Bob Gower smashes a three run bomb. By the end of the inning, Hambinos hold an 11-2 lead. More of the same comes from Hambinos in the third as they put up another seven runs. Peters had a big inning again as he goes deep for a three run bomb. Hambinos put the pressure on early and lock it down defensively to take this one easy. Hambinos win 19-2.

Game #3 – Dirt Stars vs. Palz Tap House

Dirt Stars get rolling with a two run single from Shawn Mackley. Palz answer back with one run of their own in the bottom of the inning. Dirt Stars are right back at it again in the second pushing across seven more runs and really looking to take control of the game. Mackley was back at it again, this time smashing a three run bomb. Doug Nalbandian also had a two run single in the inning as well. Palz answer back in a big way in the third with four runs of their own to trail by four. Alex Freeman had a three run shot and Kyle Greener added a run on a sac fly. Dirt Stars keep the pressure on as they add another six runs across the fourth and fifth inning. Dan Owens was a big boost with a grand slam to help give Dirt Stars the big lead. Dirt Stars put this game away in the seventh with six more runs as they take this game easy. Joe Carpino added a three-run bomb in the inning. Dirt Stars win 22-9.

Game #4 – Dirty Dozen vs. Mud Dogs

Dirty Dozen gets rolling right out of the gate with a Colin Taylor and Sean Taylor back-to-back RBI singles. Mike Ivers then added an RBI double to give Dirty Dozen a 4-0 lead. Mud Dogs respond by batting around and scoring five runs on RBI singles from Trevor Lane, Brian Figueroa and Tony Figueroa as well as a two run hit from Kavit Solanksi. Dirty Dozen grabs that lead back after two runs in the second and four runs in the third. Jaden Newman delivered a two run single in the inning. Dirty Dozen continues to roll in the fourth getting a two run single from both James McHale and Kevin Harrigan. Mud Dogs continue to fight back getting four runs in both the fifth inning and sixth inning. Lane was back at it again for Mud Dogs with a two run single. Dirty Dozen put this game away in the seventh with four more runs and will take it late. Dirty Dozen wins 22-14.
