Game 1 – Jackhammers at Randazzos Pizza
This game was all Jackhammers in the early-going. 8 runners crossed the dish in the first, thanks to RBI doubles from Rob Wardrop and Tom Finn. 3 more scored in the second and then 7 more in the third, as Paul Lizzi delivered the big RBI double this time. By the time Randazzos came up in the third, they found themselves down 18-2!
But they wouldn’t go quietly. They put up 5 runs in that third inning, as Pete Corrigan smacked a bases-clearing single.
Then the Jackhammers started to pile on again in the fourth, scoring 5 more including 2 on a triple from Wardrop.
The scoring slowed, and Randazzos would get a few more back before this one was over, but they couldn’t dig out of that 15-run fourth inning hole.
Final Score: Jackhammers 26 Randazzos 14
Player of the Game: Rob Wardrop went 4 for 6 including a double, triple, 4 RBIs and 4 Runs Scored.

Game 2 – MaGerks at Randazzos
Looking to rebound after a tough game one loss, Randazzos went right to work, putting up 5 in the first thanks to Brandon Crockett’s early double.
But then the tide shifted, and it was all MaGerks from here on out. 3 scored in the second, as Rich Houser knocked in one on his double. 7 in the fifth as Bill Schubert tripled and Houser doubled. 4 more in the seventh ad Steve Walker and Anthony Maddonni doubled back-to-back.
After MaGerks took the lead in the fifth, they never looked back.
Final Score: MaGerks 17 Randazzos 7
Player of the Game: Steve Walker went 6 for 6 including 2 doubles, 3 RBIs and 2 Runs scored.

Game 3 – Hambinos at Hattricks
In the bottom of the first, Hattricks started the scoring when Josh Graef smacked an RBI double. They’d score 4 in the inning. The score would remain the same until Hambinos finally plated one in the fourth thanks to a pair of singles.
In the sixth, Hattricks would add some insurance runs as Basil Papnicolopoulous blasted a 2-run homer, putting his team up 7-1.
Then in the seventh, Hambinos looked to come all the way back as Tony Stevens led things off with a triple and then mark Peasley cleaned things up with a 2-RBI double. But the rally fell a little short.
Final Score: Hattricks 7 Hambinos 5
Player of the Game: Basil Papnicolopoulous went 3 for 4 including a homerun, 2 RBIs and 2Runs Scored.

Game 4 – The Expendables at Hambinos
The Expendables kicked off the scoring in the first as Joe Kindt tripled and later scored. Down 2-0 in the bottom half, Hambinos took early control of the game, using a key 2-RBI triple from Tony Stevens to spark a 7-run inning.
In the third, the Expendables would tie things up as Shaun McMin led things off with a triple and then John Biondo and Bill Larkin both doubled. But in the bottom half, Nick Heller launched a 3-run bomb, putting Hamibos up 10-7 and they never looked back. Mark Peavley’s 3-RBI triple helped plate 7 in the fifth and Mark Corpora’s 2-RBI triple contributed 2 more in the sixth.
Looking to rally, down 21-9, The Expendables managed two hits but just one run, falling short in this one.
