Game 1: I’d Hit That vs. JT Bankers

IHT takes an early lead with three runs on singles in the top of the first. JT answers with five runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a three run homer by Dan Croak. JT picks up six more runs in the bottom of the second on singles, and a two run homer by Derek Guldin. IHT plates three more runs in the top of the third on more singles. JT bats around in the bottom of the fourth to get TWELVE runs on errors and more singles. JT Bankers dominates the first game, 25-7.

Game 2: JT Bankers vs. I’d Hit That

A leadoff double by Matt Bechtel nets JT a run in the top of the first. Five runs come in for JT in the top of the third with singles, and a two run triple by Tom Kluge. IHT gets on the board in the bottom of the third with four runs on singles. Singles lead to four runs for IHT in the bottom of the fifth. Matt Bechtel smokes a two run double for JT in the top of the sixth. IHT rallies for a run in the bottom of the seventh. JT Bankers takes the second game, 14-11, and the spring B North title!
