Game #1 – Andy’s vs. Sons of Pitches

Andy load the bases before a Warren Grant draws a bases loaded walk. Pitches go down in the bottom of the inning without any runs. Pitches come out the with four in the second to take a three run lead after getting an RBI single from Lauren Duchette, Jonathan Duchette and Kevin Frank as well as a sac fly from Pete Edgar. Andy’s get five back in the top of the fourth after grabbing three runs thanks to a Jason Ashworth solo homerun and Danielle Buzin RBI single. Pitches also get a homer of their own in the third from Chris Egger solo shot. This game remains to be a defensive battle. Andy’s fight back getting a two run homerun from Chase Luxton as they look to tie the game up. Pitches again take the lead in the bottom of the inning with an Edgar RBI walk and Jon Motts two run double that proves to be enough as Andy’s will fall in this one. Pitches win 10-7.

Game #2 – Demon’s vs. Carroll’s

Demons come out early in this one getting a two run single from Kevin Roche, an RBI single from Greg Thompson and a two run double from Bill Shallcross. Carroll’s cannot respond in the bottom of the inning. Demons come out in the third and bat around pushing 12 runs across to make this a 17 nothing game early. Everyone got into the action getting RBI singles from Nick Mancini, Thompson, Shallcross and Katie Wiley. Ron Bannister also had a two run double in the inning. Banister and Katie O’Toole has RBI single late as Demons cruise in this one. Demons win 19-2.

Game #3 – New Age vs. Bry Lex

The third game of the night starts up with both teams putting up three runs in the first inning. New Age scores on Bill Hood and Trevor Lane RBI singles. Bry Lex gets a couple back from a Nick Depaolo RBI double and Bryce Bundy RBI single. New Age stays hot and scores another three runs in the second getting a sac fly from Josh Worden and an RBI double from Bill Hood. Bry Lex matches that and some getting five runs in the second from a Ryan Hines two run triple and back to back singles from Steph Hines and the DiPaolo. They continue to get on the board, getting another five runs across the third and the fourth getting consistent hitting all around. Lowell Snyder helped to add a two run double. Nobody else scores until the bottom of the sixth when new age drops six runs. Warden and Hood had three RBIs and were helped by a Mark Mound sac fly and Eric Trechak RBI single. They match another six runs in the seventh again with a two run single from hood, a sac fly from Shane Ardib and an RBI single from Melissa Barnes Bry Lex falls in this one. New age wins 18-13.

Game #4 – New Age vs. Roos

Roos grab an early lead getting a RBI double from Jake Blum and Jeremy Villano. New Age come back in the second and grab three runs with an RBI single from Brandon Bozek and a sack fly from Brittany Ullman. Roo’s bat around in the third and grab 10 runs getting RBI double’s from Blum and Anthony Crawford and a two run triple from Doug Farrar. They also get RBI hits from Selina Alicia and Tom Montvydas. Crawford grabs another RBI hit later in the game. Roos pull away late getting another seven runs in the fourth starting with a solo homer from Steph Farrar and then three street RBI singles from Montvydas, Blum, and Crawford they win this one early due to mercy rule. Roos win 19-3.
