Game #1 – Carroll’s vs. Andy’s

Carroll’s get on the board first in this one getting a run on a Kyle Gallagher RBI single. Andy’s answer in the bottom of the second inning with a Jason Pane RBI single after an opening RBI single from Chase Luxtox. Carroll’s get right back in the third inning with a Greg Lesher RBI double. Gallagher then steps up again and knocks in two on a two run single. Steve DiGiovanni scores later in the inning after getting on with a single of his own. Andy’s go down in the bottom of the third with no runs as this continues to be a low scoring game. Andy’s finally put together a good inning and take the lead in the fourth after RBI singles from Luxton and Chris Hesdon, a two run single from Jason Pane and sac fly from Brittany Ulman. They take the 6-4 lead. Mike Zhardinack helps get Carroll’s within a run with a RBI single in the fifth. Defense really takes over the game as both teams cannot push any more across and it will end as a 6-5 game. Andy’s take the win and move onto the championship against Dugout Demons.
