In the same inning Dan Lineberger was 2-2 with a double, triple, run scored and 4 RBI. Dan finished with a line of 3-4 with a double and 2 triples. Horsham scored 22.

Just Food had the game just close enough for 5 innings but the 5th inning blow up was just too much. Just Foods had a nice 2nd with 6 runs scored highlighted on Dave Iatarola’s rbi triple but managed just 1 more run the rest of way when Connor O’Keefe doubled home a run. Just Food scored 7 times…losing the game to the mercy rule…22-7.

Game 3: Mike’s Bar & Grill v. Beers

Mike’s Matt McReynolds had a productive night at the plate going 4-4 with 2 singles, 2 doubles, 2 runs scored and 6 rbi. He also walked in the 5th. John Biando scored on all 5 plate appearances and Tony Stewart drove in 2. Mike’s plated 15 for the game.

Beers’ Ryan Maley doubled 3 times and scored just as many while Ryan Calabro tripled twice in route to a 4-hit game which included 2 triples and 4 rbi. Ryan Whiteley came a HR short of the cycle and he himself scored 3 times as Beers plated 21 for the game for the W.

Game 4: Pitches Be Crazy v. Vertex

For PBC Brian Hilbert doubled home 2 runs in the 1st and Brian Hughes highlighted a 3-run 3rd with his rbi triple. Unfortunately, this was all the offense for PBC.

Vertex on the other hand, fared much, much better. Shane Hanna had 3 hits on the night with two of them of the Home run variety. A solo blast in the 3rd and a 3-run blast in the 5th. Mike Bitterlich homered in the 4th, a 2-run bomb. CJ Snyder drove in 4 with Keith Crowell and Frank Staber each driving in 2. Vertex scored 23 and won this one easily.
