Game 1: The Commission at DaVanzo Shift
Commission comes out hot, batting around in the top of the 1st and plating 6 runs on eight hits (including a 2-run Hr by Jason Ashworth), a walk and a sac fly. They'd run 5 more across the plate in the 2nd errors, ground outs and two singles for an 11-0 lead. DaVanzo gets 3 back in the bottom of the 2nd on a double and four singles. A solo HR in the top of the 3rd for Kevin Roche of the Commission extends their lead by 1 but then DaVanzo cut the deficit to 12-7 with a 4-run 3rd inning. After a scoreless 4th inning, the Commission seemingly puts this one away in the top of the 5th with 6 runs on seven hits including a 2-run HR by Jarred Gardner for an 18-7 lead. DaVanzo doesn't quit and plates 3 in the bottom half but then The Commission gets them right back in the top of the 6th on a single, RBI double and 2-run HR by Kevin Roche for a 21-10 lead. DaVanzo dinks and dunks singles and doubles for 12 batters in the bottom of the 7th and plates 8 but would make too many outs and Commission takes this one 21-18.
Game 2: Hooligans at Outback Steak House
Hooligans plate 4 in the top of the 1st on an error and six singles. Outback gets 2 back in the bottom half on a double, sac fly, a walk and an RBI double. Hooligans get a 3-run HR from Brandon Birkhead in the 2nd but would go scoreless from there on out. Outback goes on to plate 2 in the 2nd, 9 in the 3rd, 2 in the 4th and 7 in the 5th to take this one 22-7.
Game 3: Mermen at Outback Steak House
Fresh off a drubbing of the hooligans, Outback gets right back at it. Mermen get 1 in the top of the 1st via an error, single and sac fly. Outback would send eleven ment othe plate in the bottom half, plating 7 runs on seven hits, a walk and a RBI ground out. They'd add a 3-run HR from Greg Moylan in the 2nd and 2 more in the 3rd from singles and a sac fly for a 10-1 lead. Mermen gets 3 back in the top of the 4th and 4 more in the 5th on singles and doubles to cut it to 10-8. Outback would string together 8 straight hits in the bottom half to run 7 across the plate to regain their cushion. A Shane Hanna solo HR in the top of the 6th for Mermen would not be enough and Outback takes their 2nd game of the night 22-9.
