Game 1: Team Hunt vs. Long & Distinguished

TH gets a run in the top of the first. LAD uses singles to score four runs in the bottom of the first. Kevin Ney smashes a three run homer for TH in the top of the second. A triple by Bob Louderbak helps TH score three runs in the top of the third. Kevin Ney blasts an RBI triple for TH as two runs cross the plate in the top of the sixth. TH bats around in the top of the seventh to put up six runs on singles, and a two run double by Doug Meehan. LAD rallies for four runs in the bottom of the seventh thanks to back to back doubles by Shawn Downey and Beth-Anna Deacon. Team Hunt takes down Long & Distinguished, 17-9.

Game 2: Team Hunt vs. Slap A Pitch

SAP strikes first with two runs in the bottom of the first. TH bats around in the top of the second to put up seven runs on doubles by Bob Louderback and Dan Teefy Jr, and a Doug Meehan two run triple. Sean Staley jacks a two run homer for SAP in the bottom of the third. TH bats around again in the top of the fourth to put up nine runs on walks and singles. Doug Meehan smokes an RBI double for TH in the top of the sixth. TH bats around once again in the top of the seventh to get six runs with singles, and a two run double by Bob Louderback. Andrew Bravo rips a two run double in the bottom of the seventh as SAP rallies for three runs. Team Hunt destroys Slap A Pitch, 27-11.

Hatfield

Game 1: US vs. Cleanin Up

US bats around in the top of the first to score eleven runs thanks to doubles by Robert Akres, Jeff Mullaly, and Eden Harvest, and a Gene Walczak grand slam. Gene Walczak blasts a three run homer for US in the top of the second. CU gets on the board with two runs in the bottom of the second. Gene Walczak launches another three run homer for US in the top of the fourth. CU gets three more runs in the bottom of the fourth US bats around in the top of the fifth to pick up five runs on singles. CU bats around in the bottom of the fifth to push seven runs across with homers by Tim Groves and Mike Stacey. US beats down Cleanin Up, 25-12.

Game 2: Hit & Run vs. Cleanin Up

A double by Ted Stoupakis helps HAR get a run in the top of the first. CU answers with two runs in the bottom of the first. CU bats around in the bottom of the second to pick up three runs with a two run double by Mike Stacey. Neal Hebert blasts a two run homer for HAR in the top of the sixth. HAR rallies for two runs in the top of the seventh. Hit & Run tops Cleanin Up, 6-5.

Game 1: I’d Hit That vs. Envi

IHT bats around in the top of the first to score eight runs on walks, and doubles by Gary Ehly, Bill Hare, and Luis Alicea. Nick Frunzi smokes a run scoring double for Envi in the bottom of the first. IHT bats around again in the top of the second to plate six runs thanks to triples by Gary Ehly and Chris Milke. Errors help IHT pick up four runs in the top of the third. Envi adds another run in the bottom of the fifth. I’d Hit That makes quick work of Envi, 20-3.

Game 2: I’d Hit That vs. JT Bankers

Errors lead to two runs for IHT in the top of the first. JT answers with five runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a double by Mike Moore, and a Nick Cordisco triple. Back to back RBI doubles by Nick Cordisco and Dan Croak net JT three runs in the bottom of the fourth. Singles get IHT four runs in the top of the fifth. John Bechtel blasts a solo homer for JT in the bottom of the fifth. JT pushes two runs across in the bottom of the sixth with a double by Brad Arcade, and a Karlene Smith triple. JT Bankers beats I’d Hit That, 11-6.

Game 3: Hattricks vs. JT Bankers

Hattricks bats around in the top of the first to score five runs thanks to doubles by Matt Friend and Chris Davidson, and a CJ Barut two run homer. JT puts up three runs in the bottom of the first on doubles by Dan Croak and Richard Cordisco. Singles help JT score three runs in the bottom of the second. Matt Friend rocks a two run homer for Hattricks in the top of the fifth. Matt Friend jacks a two run homer for Hattricks in the top of the sixth. Back to back to back doubles by Mike Moore, Nick Cordisco, and Dan Croak net JT four runs in the bottom of the sixth. JT Bankers top Hattricks, 13-11.
