Game One: Team Horsham v. Just Food

Team Horsham’Scanell & Joe both score in the 2nd inning while Mike Robin doubles home a run in the 3rd inning and Brett Saverio hit a 2-run shot. Brett would triple home a run later in the game.

Just Food led off the first inning with back-to-back doubles from Anthony Caselli & Pete Auteri. Mark Duncan doubled home 2 un the 2nd, and Pete Auteri doubled home another run in the 5th.
Just Food edged Team Horsham…11-10.


Game Two: Pitches Be Crazy v. Mike’s York Street Bar & Grill

An error-infested performance by Mikes led to quite a bit of run for Pitches. Eight errors in all. Alex Freeman however for Pitches by Crazy went 5-5 with a walk, 4 singles, a triple, 4 runs scored and 3 rbi. Blasé Contino had 3 rbi.

For Mike’s, a Nick Perez triple drove in 2 runs in the 2nd inning while Dave Shannon blasted a solo shotin the 3rd. Mike’s put together 10 runs for the game, but the errors were too may. Pitches won 18-10.


Game Three: Toto/Kiefer v. Vertex

Toto/Kiefer crew seemed to be missing nearly the entire team for their game. But it didn’t stop them for scoring runs. Nick Perez had a nice 2-run single in the 2nd, Dave Shannon doubled home 2 in the 3rd and Jose Rodriguez doubled and scored on Dave Shannon’s single. They finished with 16 runs scored.

Vertex tried to keep up as they trailed the entire game. Matt Shaub doubled home a run and scored in the 1st, Nick Maile doubled home a run in the 2nd, Matt Schaub this time smashes a solo bomb in the 3rd while Dave DeStephanis doubled home 2 more, Nick Maile tripled and scored in the 5th and in the 7th, trailing 16-13…Matt Schaub continued his hot night this time tripling home 2 runs to tie the game with 2 outs. CJ Snyder was next and he singled home Matt for the walk-off win, 17-16.


Game Four: Slurricanes v. Beers

The final game of the night was unfortunately not even close. Jean Bowler singled and scored in the 1st, Tyler Forest and Sean Valenza scored in the 3rd, and Jean Bowler tripled home a run in the 4th. Slurricanes plated just 4 men.

Beers on the other hand exploded offensively. Ryan Calabro was 5-5 with 3 singles, 2 doubles, 5 rbi and 5 runs scored. Ryan Maley was also 5-5 and also scored 5 times while driving in 9 rbi. Connor McFarlahe hit 2 home runs, a 2-run shot and a grand slam as Beers plated 33 men. Very easy victory for Beers, 33-4.
