Game 1: Irish Car Bombs (0-1-1) at Mayhem (2-2)
ICB gets 1 in the top of the 1st on a single, a walk and an RBI double. Mayhem ties it up with a triple and an RBI double in the bottom half. ICB gets a lead off single followed b ya 2-run HR by Kevin Roche followed by a triple and a sac fly to take a 4-1 lead in the top of the 2nd. Mayhem bats around in the bottom half, plating 7 runs on a walk and seven hits including a 3-run HR by KC Ingram. ICB comes up in the top of the 3rd and cuts their deficit to 8-7, plating 3 runs on a single, a double, an error, a sac fly and an RBI single. They'd come back up in the top of the 5th and take their turn batting around, putting up 7 runs on eight hits and a ground out to take a 14-8 lead. Mayhem gets 3 back in the bottom of the 6th on a single, an error and two more singles but it's not enough and ICB takes this one 16-11.

Player of the game: Jeff Moreland (ICB) - 4/4 (4 1B), BB, 3 R, 1 RBI

Game 2: The Commission (3-1) at Irish Car Bombs (1-1-1)
ICB's second game does not go as well as their first. The Commission gets 2 in the bottom of the 1st on two walks, a ground out and a 2-RBI double. ICB gets 1 back in the bottom of the 2nd on a lead off error, a single, another error and a sac fly. The Commission comes up in the bottom of the 3rd and puts this one away. They almost bat around twice, sending 18 men to the plate. Back to back HRs by Bob Argeros and Kevin Roche followed by singles and walks gives The Commission a 15-1 lead. ICB gets a solo HR from Ryan Goodman in the 5th but that's all they'd manage and Commission takes this one 17-2.

Player of the game: Ted Peck (Comm) - 3/3 (2 1B, 2B), BB, 2 R, 4 RBI

Game 3: Benny the Bums (aka Yum Yum Bake Shop) (1-2) at Ballz Deep (1-3)
BB gets 5 in the 1st on errors and singles. BD gets 1 back in the bottom half on four singles. They'd hold BB in the top of the 2nd and bat around in the bottom half, plating 6 runs on seven hits (including a 3-run HR by Matt Herbein) and two ground outs to take a 7-5 lead. BB gets 1 back in the top of the 3rd on an error and two singles. But BD would extend their lead in the bottom half, plating 4 runs on a lead off triple, three singles, a sac fly and another RBI single. BB gets 3 back to cut their deficit to 1 in the top of the 4th and would hold BD in the bottom half and take the lead in the 5th on two singles, an RIB triple, an error and a sac fly to take a 14-11 lead. BD comes up in the top of the 6th and rips three singles, a 2-RBI double and a RIB single to take a 15-14 lead. They'd hold BB in the top of the 7th to preserve their win.

Player of the game: Dave Carson (BB) - 5/5 (3 1B, 2 3B) 3 R, 2 RBI

Game 4: Outback Steakhouse (2-2-1) at Vertex Pest Management (1-2)
Vertex jumps out to a quick 4-0 lead in the bottom of the 1st on a double and five singles. They'd hold Outback in the top of the 2nd and bat around in the bottom half plating 8 more runs on seven singles and two doubles. Outback gets 3 back in the top of the 3rd on two walks and two singles but Vertex keep chugging along. They bat around again the in the bottom of the 3rd on a double, two singles, a walk, a 3-RBI triple, an error, three singles and two doubles to go up 23-3. But Outback won't quit. They get a lead off single followed by an error, back to back walks, two RBI singles, another walk to load the bases and then a grand slam by Greg Moylan. A double, a sac fly and three more singles sees 11 runs come across the plate for Outback and their deficit is cut in half. They'd hold Vertex in the bottom half and then plate 8 more runs in the top of the 5th on a single, an error, another single, four straight doubles, and three more singles to cut their deficit to only 1 run. But they wouldn't be able to score in the 6th and Vertex takes this one 24-22.

Player of the game: Dave Ulmer (Vertex) - 4/4 (3 1B, 3B) 3 R, 5 RBI
