Game 1: Bench Warmers v Nine Inch Males

Austin Linde singles and will later score start the season for NIM. Bench Warmers go scoreless in the first 2. Top 2, NIM adds 5, with doubles by Doug Feiken, Christian Zastauny, and Linde. They add 2 more in 3, with more doubles by Bob Narzell & Jim Otter. Top 4, 2 more score for NIM. Bottom 4, Bench Warmers get on the board, plating 3, with a Dave Keller double. Top 5, NIM goes down 1-2-3. Bench Warmers come alive in 5, batting through the order and plating 10, including a 3 run HR by Keller. Neither team scores in 6. Top 7, NIM adds 5 more to their lead. Bottom 7, Bench Warmers can't make anything happen. NIM wins, 15-13.

Game 2: Dirty Dozen v Sons of Pitches

Sons of Pitches plate one to start the game. DD goes scoreless in the first 3 innings. Sons of Pitches adds 1 in 2 and 5 in 3, with doubles by Troy Radcliff and Brian Wrigley. They add 5 more in the top of 4. Bottom 4, DD puts up one. Sons doesn't score in 5. Bottom 5, DD puts up 7, helped by back to back HRs by Angelo Vitantano and Jim Millale. Top 6, Sons of Pitches put up 2 more. Bottom 6, , DD doesn't score. Top 7, Sons of Pitches adds 3 more for security. Bottom 7,DD can't score. Sons of Pitches win, 15-8.

Game 3: Shockers v Deplorables

Deplorable start off plating 4, helped by a 3 run HR by Mike Banes. Shockers don't score. Deplorables go down 1-2-3. in 2. Dave Grubf hits a solo HR for the Shockers in the bottom of 2. Deplorables add 1 in 3. Shockers don't score. Top 4, Deplorables can't make anything happen. Bottom 5, Shockers add 1. Top 5, Brian Hostetter hits a HR for 2. Shockers bat through the line up and plate 6, helped by doubles by Dave Grubf and Tracy Burke. They won't score again in 6 or 7. Top 6, Deplorables add 1, and they add 4 more, including a 2 run HR by Shawn Hines to wrap this one up. Deplorables win, 12-8.
