Sons of Pitches came out hot out of the gate, with 3 runs in the first and 5 in the 2nd, 5 of which driven in by Dough Roberts. They'd score 3 more in the 4th after Trevor Harris and Ray Filewicz each scored their 3rd run of the game. Cobra Kai tallied 5 runs over the 3rd and 4th innings behind 2 runs and 2 RBIs from Steve Reed. Sons of P's get the V, 13-9. American Legion @ The Generals
Shawn Hines hits a 2-run homer in the first for American Legion, who also tacked on 3 more in the 2nd inning. The Generals eek out 1 run from Rich Austin over the opening 2 innings. American Legion would tally 8 more in the 4th, behind a parade of base hits. 4 runs scored on a double by Tony Casper. The Generals would battle back with 5 runs in the 5th and 5 more in the 7th. But American Legion would add 7 more runs during the same span to secure the V, 20-11. Player of the Game: Tony Caper - 4/6, 4 runs, 6 RBIs for American Legion.

MisFits @ Dirty Dozen
Both teams score early, with the MisFits tallying 5 and D12 posting 4. D12's Justin O'Brien led the way with a 2-run triple. The MisFits would rack up 5 runs in the 3rd and 5 more in the 5th via a series of singles and errors by D12. John Kiefer, Jim Carden, and Mike Shutt each scored in both innings. D12 put up 2 in the 4th, behind Justin O'Brien's solo homer and a run scored by Joe Murray. Each team would score one more, leaving D12 on the wrong end of a 16-8 final score.
