Opening Day 2019

Opening Day 2019 went without a hitch. Teams showed up. Teams played ball. While it was cold, the wind laid down enough to make things quite bearable. The field is in good shape. A couple of lights went out over the winter months. I am hoping that is nothing more than accumulated moisture in the fixture housings and that they will come back. It was hard to recognize people. Bundled up with face coverings can cause that. It was good to see everyone... at least everyone I could recognize. Regardless, it was good to see everyone having a good time. After all, that's what it's all about.
