Game 1: Sons of Pitches v Generals

Generals go scoreless to start. SOP start by batting around and plating 5, mostly on walks. Generals get on the board with one in the second. SOP add 5 more,with a notable 3 RBI HR by Jason Dickerson. For the Generals, Adam Gingerich and Andy Wilson single and will score for 2. Bottom 3, SOP adds 5 again with another 3 RBI HR, this time by Doug Roberts. Neither team scores in 4 or 5. Top 6, Generals score none. Bottom 6, SOP adds one more to their lead. Generals plate 2 in top 7, but don't make much of a dent in their deficit. SOP wins, 16-5.

Game 2: Generals v Dirty Dozen

DD plate one to start. Generals can't make anything happen. Batting through the lineup twice, DD put up 15 and take a commanding lead. Generals respond with one. In the 3rd, DD bats around again for 5, with a 3 run homer by Justin O'Brien. Generals plate 3, helped by a 22 RBI double by Brad Kanarr, who would also score later. DD goes scoreless in 4 and Generals add 1. Top 5, DD bats around yet again for 9. Generals plate 4, but this game ends early. DD wins, 30-9.

Game 3: Dirty Dozen v Benchwarmers

One run scores to start for BW when Matty Poust scores on a sac by Jake Haber. DD bar around for 6, with a triple by Joe Murray and 3 RBI double by Jon Myszak. Both teams go scoreless in 2-5. Top 6, Haber and Tyler Gower both double and later score for BW. Bottom 6, DD adds one more. Top 7, BW can't string together enough hits to make anything happen. DD wins, 7-3.

Game 4: American Legion v Nine Inch Males

NIM goes scoreless in the first 4. AL put up 2 to start, helped by a Shawn Hines triple. 4 more cross in 2 (with a 2 RBI Hine HR). They go down 1-2-3 in 3 and nearly bat around in 4 for 6 more. Top 5, NIM gets on the board with 2 on singles. Bottom 5, AL goes down 1-2-3. Top 6, NIM don't score again. Bottom 6, AL add one more. NIM ends it at the top pf 7, unable to make anything come together. AL wins, 13-2.
