Game 1: Silverbacks vs. Vertex
Vertex takes an early lead in the bottom of the first with four runs thanks to an RBI double by CJ Snyder. Back to back doubles by JJ Wunderlich and Dave Pored give the Silverbacks a run in the top of the second. Vertex adds five runs in the bottom of the second thanks to singles, a double by CJ Snyder, and a Sean Nonemacher three run homer. The Silverbacks score two runs in the top of the third on singles. Back to back doubles by Sean Nonemacher and Mat Crowell lead to three runs for Vertex in the bottom of the fourth. Vertex beats the Silverbacks, 12-4.
Game 2: Vertex vs. Doom Cats
Vertex gets two runs in the top of the first thanks to a leadoff double by Sean Nonemacher. Vertex bats around in the top of the third to plate six runs thanks to doubles by Sean Nonemacher and Mat Crowell, and a Matt Schaub two run homer. DC gets going in the bottom of the third, scoring seven runs courtesy of doubles by Bryan Peterman and Sean P, and a Zach Martin RBI triple. Vertex bats around again in the top of the fourth to score seven runs with a lot of doubles, a triple by Steve Stoneback, and a Dave Keightly solo homer. DC bats around in the bottom of the fourth to push six runs across on errors and singles. Vertex picks up five more runs in the top of the fifth. DC rallies in the bottom of the sixth to get five runs with Zach Martin ripping a game winning two run single. The Doom Cats beat Vertex in dramatic fashion, 21-20.
Game 3: Phinny’s vs. Doom Cats
Axel Alicea jacks a three run homer for Phinny’s in the top of the first. DC answers in the bottom of the first to score five runs on errors, a triple by Sean P, and a Zach Martin two run homer. Phinny’s adds four runs in the top of the second. DC bats around in the bottom of the fifth to plate ten runs on walks, singles, and back to back homers by Tom Koelzer and Ryan Goodman. Phinny’s has a huge ten run rally in the top of the seventh on errors, walks, and a triple by Jarrett Kerns. The Doom Cats squeak by Phinny’s in a slug fest, 18-17.

Lukens I
Game 2: E’s Irish Pub vs. Spartans
EIP takes the lead in the top of the first with a run. The Spartans answer with two runs in the bottom of the first. EIP adds two runs in the top of the second with an RBI double by Mike VanFossen. Back to back doubles by Mike Jarugue and Jay Cowan lead to four runs for the Spartans in the bottom of the third. Blake Hildebrandt smashes a grand slam for EIP in the top of the fifth. Jay Cowan jacks a two run homer for the Spartans in the bottom of the fifth. Singles and a triple by Tom Collins give EIP six runs in the top of the sixth. Walks and singles help the Spartans pick up five runs in the bottom of the sixth. EIP gets three runs in the top of the seventh thanks to a triple by Mike Cifield, and a Zachary Walsh solo homer. E’s Irish Pub takes down the Spartans, 20-15.
Hatfield
Game 2: Sticky Bandits vs. Hitmen
The Hitmen start off hot with seven runs in the bottom of the first with a grand slam by Chris Cruz. Nick Lang blasts a two run homer for the Hitmen in the bottom of the second. Chris Cruz smokes a solo homer for the Hitmen in the bottom of the third. SB finally gets on the board in the top of the fourth with six runs on singles. SB bats around in the top of the sixth to plate seven runs on errors, a two run double by Nick Ryan, and a Brian Mish solo homer. SB bats around in the top of the seventh to put up TWELVE runs on singles, a Nick Ryan three run triple, and homers by John Mish and Nick Ryan. The Sticky Bandits destroy the Hitmen, 26-11.
Game 3: Foul Balls vs. D & A Electric
DAE takes an early lead with three runs in the bottom of the first on singles. FB scores three runs in the top of the second thanks to back to back doubles by Justin Mahmde and Casey Condron. DAE adds six runs in the bottom of the second thanks to doubles by Kevin Walker, Brendan McCoy, and Mike Tersha. DAE bats around in the bottom of the third to pick up ten runs with a three run homer by Brendan McCoy. Brendan McCoy launches a two run homer for DAE in the bottom of the fourth. Singles give FB three runs in the top of the fifth. D & A Electric beats down Foul Balls, 22-7.
Game 4: Broad Street Bullies vs. Stiff Sox
Brian Hughes smokes an RBI double for BSB in the top of the first. SS gets on the board in the bottom of the second with six runs on singles. BSB bats around in the top of the third to get ten runs on singles, doubles by Brian Hughes and Bryan Renn, and a Matt Glowen two run homer. Chad Adams rips a two run double for SS in the bottom of the third. SS bats around in the bottom of the fourth to push FOURTEEN runs across on a lot of walks, singles, doubles by Brian Delucas and Tyler Fornwalt, and a Tyler Fornwalt two run homer. BSB bats around again in the top of the fifth to plate nine runs on walks and singles. The Stiff Sox out slug the Broad Street Bullies, 24-22.
