Game 1: Philly Elite vs Scudz Sports
SS takes an early lead in the bottom of the first with six runs thanks to doubles by Sean Nonemacher, Jarrett Kerns, and Rock Acker. SS bats around in the bottom of the second to plate eight runs on singles, and a Curt Hensman double. PE finally gets on the board in the top of the fourth with an RBI double by Brian DiCesare. SS puts up four more runs in the bottom of the fourth courtesy of a two run double by Rock Acker, and a Jarrett Kerns solo homer. Scudz Sports beats down Philly Elite, 20-1.
Game 2: Scudz Sports vs. Orphans
A leadoff triple by Nolan Havens leads to three runs for the Orphans in the bottom of the first. SS puts up four runs in the top of the second with doubles by Rock Acker and Curt Hensman. Jarrett Kerns jacks a two run homer for SS in the top of the third. SS pushes four runs across in the top of the fourth thanks to doubles by Jake Feehan and Curt Hensman. Four runs cross the plate for the Orphans in the bottom of the fourth on errors and singles. Connie G rips a three run double for SS in the top of the fifth. Jarrett Kerns blasts a three run homer for SS in the top of the sixth. Scudz Sports takes care of the Orphans, 21-7.
Game 3: Hagan’s Heroes vs. Who Cares
Doubles by James McLaughlin and Ron Pulli help HH pick up three runs in the top of the first. HH bats around in the top of the fourth to pick up nine runs with doubles by Jay Muir, Ryan Goodman, and Keith Keppley, and a Ron Pulli two run triple. WC finally gets on the board in the bottom of the fourth courtesy of an RBI triple by Billy Machett. Gary Thompson smokes a two run triple for HH in the top of the sixth. HH adds four runs in the top of the seventh with two run homer by Ryan Goodman. Hagan’s Heroes takes down Who Cares, 21-4.
Game 4: Go Roostr vs. Hagan’s Heroes
A double by Jason Ashworth helps GR get a run in the top of the first. James McLaughlin rips an RBI triple for HH in the bottom of the first. GR bats around in the top of the second to get eight runs on singles, a two run double by Jason Ashworth, and an Ed Decker triple. Singles give HH five runs in the bottom of the second. More singles help HH score five runs in the bottom of the third. Ryan Goodman launches a leadoff homer for HH in the bottom of the fourth. Doubles by Jason Pane and Dan Keith net GR four runs in the top of the fifth. HH bats around in the bottom of the fifth to plate seven runs on errors and singles. Hagan’s Heroes out slugs Go Roostr, 20-15.
