Game One: Dookie Brewster v. Team Horsham

Dookie Brewster missing some people in their line up for this one but it didn’t stop Jon Poore and Ryan Goodman from having a nice night. Ryan scored 3 times while Poore went yard twice, scoring 4 times and driving in 6.
Horsham was up to the task getting two bombs from Grant Opalisky as he himself drove in 5. Matt Galasso and Michael Bobrin both doubled twice with Matt driving in a run and Michael scoring two times. Horsham winners, 18-12.

Game Two: Beers v. Just Food

Just food scored JUST 2 runs. Justin Glennon tripled and scored in the first inning and Kyle Saba singled and scored in the 3rd. That’s it, no other offense to speak of.
Beers on the other hand, went nuts. Ryan Maley started the game with a lead off home run in route to 4 hits on the night and scoring on all five AB’s. Matt Kane drove in 5, Ryan Henritzy drove in 5 more, Ryan Calabro drove in 4, and Kevin Dooley finished with 4 hits in 4 at bats. Beers destroyed Just Food, 29-2.

Game Three: Wire 2 Wire v. Dingers

A nice tight game which came down to the ‘wire’ – W2W scored 5 in the 4th inning highlighted by Bill Walker’s bases-clearing double. Jared Fagnuno drove in the team’s 9th run in the 6th inning to set up a 7th inning showdown with the game knotted at 9.
Dingers took advantage of multiple walks in the 2nd inning to scored 3 runs and Pete Auteri smashed a 2-run homer in the 3rd. Dave Iatarola singled home a run in the 4th inning to give the team 9. The offense went quiet the rest of the way until the 7th and after they allowed W2W to tie it. In the 7th, with 2 outs and a man on board via a walk, Mike Casbar smashed a walk-off 2-run homer to take the game 11-9. Game won by Dingers in true walk-off style.

Game Four: Philly Junk v. Cannons

Well, the Cannons did nothing offensively save a double by Andrew Parker in the 4th in which he subsequently scored off of Brandon Parker’s single. Mattt Fronheiser drove in the team’s other run with a single in the 2nd.
Philly Junk went to work offensively and it wasn’t even close. Tom Ivers finished with 6 rbi, Mike Bitterlich with a 2-run homer in the 1st, KC Ingram also homered in the first with a 3-run shot and Cam Kamonstaak went 3-3 with 2 singles, a double, 3 runs scored and 2 ribbies.
