Game One: Just Food v. Cannons

Dave Shannon gets 3 hits and drives in 4 as he was one of the lone offensive bright spots on a rough night. The team managed 9 with helps of a few walks and key errors, but the game was not close.
Cannons were also benefits by some bad defense, they just happened to get more hits. Andrew Frat hit a 3-run homer in part of a SEVENTEEN run 2nd inning. Jay Stein tripled home 2 runs in the 3rd and Cannons destroyed JF 25-9.


Game Two: Dookie Brewster v. King’s Corner

King’s Corner nearly shut down this game managing just 6 runs. Erb stayed consistent at the plate with 3 hits and scoring twice. Bill Brancato with a 2-run double in the 3rd.
Brewster needed just the 3rd inning to put this game away. Jay Cybok, Jimmy Craig and Jose Rodriguez all drove in 2 runs in the inning as the team scored 11 times. Jimmy added 4 more ribbies throughout the game. Brewster wins big, 21-6.


Game Three: Philly Junk v. Team Horsham

Horsham got nice production from the two of the line up as Jarrett and Zach Prendergast drove in 5 of the team’s 10 runs. Zach had a 3-run homer in the 3rd inning.
But this was all Philly Junk. They destroyed Horsham with 35 runs on the game…16 coming in the 3rd inning and another 11 coming in the 4th!!! Kevin Roche, Shane Hanna and Brandon Birkhead with the back-to-back-to-back homers in the 4th. Philly by 25!


Game Four: Beers v. Dingers

Beers got a grand slam from Kevin Dooley and and 2-run shot from Ryan Maley whicle Josh Goldberg finished with 4 rbi – all while the team scored 23.
Beers got 3 hits in the first inning and 3 hits the rest of the game. With just 6 hits, they plated two runs and well…not even close…23-6. Eric Poppkie had 2 hits and Mike Casbar with the teams’ only registered rbi.
