From The Gutter / Week 11

Post by sixofdiamonds »

With only 2 regular season weeks remaining, it’s crunch time for a lot of teams. Do or die!

With their 5-2 win over Wu-Tang Forever, OWASA maintains a 5-point lead over Finger Poppin, a 13-point advantage over 7-10 Splits and 14-point margins over Two and a Half Men and Knuckle Deep in the American League. Finger Poppin has the best chance to overtake OWASA. The others have a shot, but will need a lot of help.

The Nines sit atop the National League, but 3 others have a legit shot to overtake them including 2 Ps and a V, PPB, and Pin Splitters. A 4th team (Not Da Mama) has an outside shot. The only head to head game among the contenders is the Week 13 match-up of Pin Splitters and The Nines.

After a slow start, The Three Gorillaz have come on strong. Keith Boyer hurled a 3-games over 489. Just a little bit too little, a little bit too late.

Pin Splitters were a no-show. The 7-point hit hurt big time!

A shorthanded PPB had a chance to take 5 from The Nines, but came up short in Game 3 losing by 2 pins.

Gary Thompson’s 3 games over 632 helped 2 Ps and a V take the broom to Who Darted.

Ryan Garges’ kept Finger Poppin’s hopes alive with a pair of deuces and a 670 series.
