Game 1: 5th seeded Beers vs 4th seeded Dingers
Beers start off very slowly and can't get a run across the plate in the first 4 innings. Dingers, on the other hand, score 7 in the first 4 innings, highlighted by Eric Popple's 1st inning double, and doubles in the 3rd from Pete Auteri, Zach Zbarsky, and Chris Manion. Score is 7-0 after 4. The 5th inning has Beers finally getting on the board with a string of walks and singles, and they score 3 runs. Dingers keep up the pressure and tack on 3 more in the bottom of the 5th, with Zbarsky's 2nd double of the game, and Rich Schmidt's RBI double. Beers close the gap a little in the 6th, scoring 5 runs on 5 straight singles and Matt Kane's double. A scoreless top of the 7th leaves this game a 13-8 win for the Dingers, and they'll move on to the 9PM game vs. the number 1 seeded Dookie Brewster team.

Game 2: 6th seeded Wire To Wire Sports Podcast vs 3rd seeded Philly Junk
Wire To Wire goes down in order to lead off the game, while Philly Junk scores 1 on Brandon Birkhead's triple. In the 2nd, Wire to Wire scores 4 and takes a 4-1 lead over the higher seeded team, which holds until the bottom of the 4th. In that inning, Philly Junk plates 8 on doubles from Shane Hanna, Birkhead and Cameron Komonchak, along wth KC Ingram's 2 RBI triple. Wire to Wire keep it close by scoring 2 in the 5th, but Philly Junk answers back in the bottom of the 5th with 3 of their own, including Birkhead's 2 run bomb (Birkhead needs only a single now for the cycle!). Score is 12-6 after 5. In the top of the 7th, Wire to Wire make Philly Junk sweat a little by plating 4 on 6 singles, but it's not enough and Philly Junk moves on to the 10:15 game with a win, 14-10. By the way, Brandon Birkhead got his single in the 6th, completing the cycle!

Game 3: Dingers vs the top seeded Dookie Brewster
Dingers start off with Eric Popple's double, who scores on Pete Auteri's sac fly. Dookie Brewster is scoreless in the bottom of the 1st, as is Dingers in the top of the 2nd. In the bottom of the 2nd, Dookie Brewster scores 7 on several singles, Kyle Rizzi's double, and Ryan Goodman's 2-run round tripper. Dingers plate 3 in the 3rd, highlighted by Chad Toner's triple. After 4, it's 10-4 Dookie Brewster. The 5th inning will be Dingers last inning where they'd score, plating 3 on a few singles. Dookie Brewster adds 7 in the 5th, and 3 in the 6th, topped by Jon Poore's double, Goodman's 2nd homer of the night and Jose Rodriguez's solo shot over the fence, sending Dookie Brewster to the finals next week with a win, 20-7.

Game4: Philly Junk vs 2nd seeded King's Corner
Philly Junk starts off hot with a Brandon Birkhead 2 run blast and a Mike Bitterlich double. King's Corner is quiet in the 1st, as is Philly Junk in the top of the 2nd. In the bottom of the 2nd, King's Corner plate 5 on a string of singles. The top of the 3rd has Philly Junk taking the lead for a moment 6-5, on Birkhead's triple and Shane Hanna's double. King's Corner says "NOT FOR LONG!", as they score 6 in the bottom of the 3rd, led by doubles from Matt Schaub, Bill Brancato, and CJ Snyder. Philly Junk closes the gap in the 4th, scoring 3 and making the score tight at 11-9, favor of King's Corner. In the bottom of the 4th, Kings Corner widens the lead to 15-9, scoring 4. CJ Snyder leads the effort with a 2 run triple. Birkhead knocks in 2 more for Philly Junk in the top of the 5th with a 2 run dinger, his 2nd of the game and 3rd of the night. Kings Corner add 1 in the 5th. In the top of the 6th, Philly Junk takes the lead 18-16 against the higher seeded team by scoring 7. Tom Ivers' double and a string of singles get the job done. King's Corner re-takes the lead 20-18 in the bottom of the 6th, and despite Mike Testa doubling and scoring in the top of the 7th for Philly Junk, it wasn't enough. King's Corner gets the win 20-19 and moves on the finals next week vs. Dookie Brewster.
