Game 1: Wackers vs. Wu Tang Forever

The Wackers score three runs in the top of the first on singles. John Erb smashes a two run homer for WTF in the bottom of the first. A triple by Collin L nets WTF a run in the bottom of the second. Jon Poore blasts a two run homer for WTF in the bottom of the third. Singles lead to three runs for the Wackers in the top of the fourth. Bill Brancato rips a double as the Wackers put up three runs in the top of the sixth. Collin L smokes a two run double for WTF in the bottom of the sixth. Jarrett Kerns smokes an RBI triple for the Wackers in the top of the seventh. Jon Poore jacks a two run homer in the bottom of the seventh. The Wackers top Wu Tang Forever, 14-10.

Game 2: No Show vs. Hagan’s Heroes

NS takes the early lead with two runs in the top of the first. HH answers with a run in the bottom of the first. Brian C smokes an RBI double for NS in the top of the second. Gary Thompson smashes a solo homer for HH in the bottom of the second. Monique D rips an RBI double for NS in the top of the fourth. HH puts up five runs in the bottom of the sixth with doubles by Chase Luxton and Keith Keppley. Hagan’s Heroes gets by No Show, 8-5.

B Playoffs

Game 1: Envi vs. Slap A Pitch

Matt Schubel rips a double for Envi as three runs are scored in the top of the first. SAP gets on the board in the bottom of the second with eight runs on walks, singles, and a three run double by Alberto Santiago. A leadoff double by Matt Schubel nets Envi a run in the top of the third. SAP puts up three runs on singles in the bottom of the third. Matt Schubel blasts a two run homer for Envi in the top of the fourth. JR Hilsee rips an RBI double for SAP in the bottom of the fourth. Envi bats around in the top of the seventh to plate five runs on singles. Slap A Pitch squeaks by Envi, 12-11.

Game 2: Hit & Run vs. Dirt Dogs

Matt Korn blasts a two run homer for HAR in the top of the first. Brian Randazzo smokes an RBI double for HAR in the top of the third. DD puts up six runs in the bottom of the third thanks to an RBI double by Lawrence Jarrett, and a Tess Frelick RBI triple. HAR bats around in the top of the fourth to put up seven runs with triples by Kevin Ryan and Brian Randazzo. HAR bats around again in the top of the sixth to score THIRTEEN runs with Brian Randazzo jacking a three run homer and a grand slam. Hit & Run destroys the Dirt Dogs, 24-8.

Game 3: Slap A Pitch vs. I’d Hit That

SAP puts up six runs in the top of the first on singles, and a double by Andrew Bravo. IHT bats around in the bottom of the first to score nine runs with a three run homer by Matt Jacobson. Singles give IHT five runs in the bottom of the second. SAP adds two runs in the top of the third. SAP picks up two more runs in the top of the sixth. I’d Hit That beats Slap A Pitch, 16-10.

Game 4: Hit & Run vs. Alaskan Bullworms

Matt Korn jacks a two run homer for HAR in the top of the first. AB answers with five runs in the bottom of the first with a Calvin Starosta three run homer. Singles net AB two runs in the bottom of the third. HAR scores five runs in the top of the fourth thanks to doubles by Ted Stoupakis and Kyle Moulton, and a Brian Randazzo solo homer. HAR picks up four more runs in the top of the sixth thanks to doubles by Ted Stoupakis and Matt Korn. AB rallies for a run in the bottom of the seventh. We head to extra innings where AB wins it in the bottom of the eight thanks to a Max Brech game winning single. The Alaskan Bullworms walk it off over Hit & Run, 13-12.
