A Division

Quarry

Game 1: Vertex vs. Ball Busters

Vertex picks up three runs in the top of the first with doubles by Sean Nonemacher and Frank Staber, and a Mat Crowell two run triple. BB answers with five runs in the bottom of the first o singles, and a Tyler Cohen RBI double. Andrew Parker jacks a solo homer for BB in the bottom of the third. A double by Sean Nonemacher leads to two runs for Vertex in the top of the fourth. Ken Stein rips a two run triple for BB in the bottom of the fifth. Two runs cross the plate for Vertex in the top of the sixth. The Ball Busters get by Vertex, 11-8.

Game 2: Doom Cats vs. Silverbacks

Jon Poore jacks a two run homer for DC in the top of the first. Back to back RBI doubles by Ari Silverstein and Rob McKenna net the Silverbacks two runs in the bottom of the first. DC bats around in the top of the third to score seven runs thanks to a two run double by Alex P, and another Jon Poore two run homer. Jon Poore blasts a solo homer for DC in the top of the fourth. A leadoff double by JJ Wunderlich gets the Silverbacks a run in the bottom of the fourth. DC adds four runs on singles in the top of the fifth. Jamal Covington smokes a leadoff triple to help the Silverbacks score a run. The Silverbacks rally for two runs in the bottom of the seventh. The Doom Cats beat the Silverbacks, 14-6.

Game 3: Doom Cats vs. Bird Gang

BG takes an early lead in the top of the first with five runs thanks to an RBI double by Anthony Caliberto. DC gets on the board with a run in the top of the second. Justin Huber jacks a solo homer for BG in the bottom of the second. DC bats around in the top of the fourth to plate seven runs with two run doubles by Jay Pane and Chris Hackney, and a Chad Peterman solo homer. BG bats around in the bottom of the fourth to pick up sixth runs on a Jason McLaughlin grand slam, and a solo homer by Colton Hooker. Three runs cross the plate for BG in the bottom of the sixth. DC adds two runs in the top of the seventh thanks to a double by Chad Peterman, and a Jon Poore solo homer. Bird Gang beats the Doom Cats, 15-11.

Game 4: Pigeon Boyz vs. Bird Gang

James McLaughlin rips a two run homer for BG in the bottom of the first. KC Ingram launches a solo homer for PB in the top of the second. PB picks up five runs in the top of the fourth thanks to doubles by Greg Thompson and Cody Runner, and triples by Brandon Birkhead and KC Ingram. Singles lead to three runs for BG in the bottom of the fourth. Colton Hooker smashes a three run homer for BG in the bottom of the fifth. PB bats around in the top of the seventh to put up five runs with a two run homer by KC Ingram. Bird Gang squeaks by the Pigeon Boyz, 13-12.

Cedar Hill

Game 1: Wolf Pack vs. Dirty Dozen

DD takes an early lead in the bottom of the first on five runs with a Roc Akers solo homer. DD bats around in the bottom of the third to score seven runs WP gets on the board in the top of the fourth with three runs, thanks to triples by Kenny Goodwin and Anthony Peretti, and a Brendan McCoy two run homer. WP adds another run in the top of the sixth. DD gets five runs in the bottom of the sixth thanks to a Ross Anderson RBI triple, and a three run homer by Rob Shuck. The Dirty Dozen takes down the Wolf Pack, 18-5.

Game 2: Dirty Dozen vs. Wolf Pack

Doubles by Brian Dart and Kyle Hutter help DD score four runs in the top of the first. WP answers with two runs in the bottom of the first. WP plates four runs in the bottom of the second on walks and singles. DD bats around in the top of the third to pick up five runs with a Roc Akers RBI double, and a two run triple by Brian Dart. DD gets another two runs in the top of the fifth. DD pushes three runs across in the top of the seventh with a two run homer by Ross Anderson. WP bats around in the bottom of the sixth to put up six runs on singles, and a three run triple by Andrew Bertdino. WP rallies for two runs in the bottom of the seventh. Dirty Dozen out slugs the Wolf Pack, 21-15.

B South

Hatfield

Game 1: The Naturals vs. Christian Clout Chasers

TN takes an early lead with five runs in the top of the first thanks to doubles by Glen Hipple and Andrew Mascantonio. CCC answers with a run in the bottom of the first. TN bats around in the top of the second to score six runs with doubles by Partha Patel and Rob Wardrop. Anthony Rivera rips a two run triple for CCC in the bottom of the fifth. Andrew Mascantonio rips a two run triple for TN in the top of the sixth. TN bats around in the top of the seventh to put up six runs on singles, and two run doubles by Tom Finn and Andrew Mascantonio. The Naturals destroy Christian Clout Chasers, 20-5.

Game 2: Do Work vs. Christian Clout Chasers

Jake Hohenstein smokes a two run double for DW in the top of the first. CCC answers with a run in the bottom of the first. Reed Johnson blasts a two run homer for DW in the top of the second. CCC plates five runs in the bottom of the second on walks, and a two run double by Rahmire Jackson. Singles give DW three runs in the top of the third. Anthony Rivera jacks a two run homer for CCC in the bottom of the fifth. DW bats around in the top of the sixth to put up six runs on walks, and a double by Derek Strowhouer. Do Work beats Christian Clout Chasers, 16-11.

Game 3: Do Work vs. Mud Dogs

DW gets six runs in the top of the first thanks to singles, and doubles by Kevin O’Donnell and Jake Hohenstein. MD gets on the board with a run in the bottom of the first. Sam Matos launches a grand slam for MD in the bottom of the second. Doubles by Jake Hohenstein, Luke Plummer, and Randy Worthington lead to four run for DW in the top of the third. DW put up five runs in the top of the fourth on walks and singles. MD bats around in the bottom of the sixth to plate six runs on doubles by Jim Kullman and Sam Matos, and triples by Josh Figueroa and Brian Figueroa. Scott Chmura blasts a two run homer for DW in the top of the seventh. MD rallies for six runs in the bottom of the seventh on singles, and RBI doubles by Josh Figueroa and Jim Kullman. Do Work ties the Mud Dogs, 18-18.

Game 4: Vikings vs. Isotopes

The Vikings bat around in the top of the first to score TWELVE runs on walks, singles, and a Jake Sinkowski two run homer. The Isotopes answer in the bottom of the first with three runs thanks to a Colin Snyder RBI double. The Isotopes bat around in the bottom of the second to push six runs across with doubles by Keith Halili and Colin Snyder, and a Keith Youse two run triple. The Vikings bat around again in the top of the third to put up six runs on singles. Singles net the Isotopes four runs in the bottom of the third. The Isotopes add three more runs on singles in the bottom of the fifth. The Vikings pick up two runs in the top of the sixth. The Vikings out slug the Isotopes, 21-16.

Game 3: Bird of War vs. Rolling Rocks

Doubles by Justin Mahmade Josh Owens net RR two runs in the bottom of the first. BOW gets on the board in the top of the second with five runs thanks to back to back RBI doubles by Joe Pepe and Ayden Hendricks. RR puts up three runs in the bottom of the third with a Joey Ferrrell RBI triple. RR scores four runs in the bottom of the fourth thanks to doubles by Brandon Crockett and Josh Owens. A leadoff double by Austin Devlin get BOW a run in the top of the fifth. BOW picks up six runs in the top of the sixth on singles, and a three run double by Jay Cowan. Tom Bush smokes a two run triple for BOW in the top of the seventh. Birds of War beats up on Rolling Rocks, 17-11.
