Mens League Championship Series between Tap Daddys and Red Stallion

Game 1

Tap Daddys score 10 in this one, big contributions from Joe F (3 for 5, 1 double & 2 triples) and John G (3 for 5, 3 singles). Stallion are able to take care of business though as they score early and often. Ryan N (3 for 4, 1 single & 2 doubles) and Brian G (3 for 4, 2 singles, 1 double, 1 walk) lead the way. Brett B hits an inside the park homer in the 4th. Final score Stallion 17 - Tap Daddys 10

Game 2

Tap Daddys were not about to lay down and woke up in a big way in game 2. They bat around in the first, 5th, and 7th. They took full advantage of only batting 9. Red Stallion have another solid performance offensively but come up short. Tap Daddys 30 - Stallion 14

Game 3

These two teams battled all night and it comes down to game 3. Stallion bat around in the first, second, and third innings! They score 22 through 3. Tap Daddys were ready for it though and score 12 through 3. Top of the 4th, Tap Daddy's really need a hold defensively, and they get it - causing Stallion to go 1-2-3. Bottom 4, down only 10 runs with another 3 at bats to spare, Tap Daddys start off with two 6-3s. 2 outs, bottom of 4, in game 3 of the championship series, the batter from Tap Daddy's gets ejected from the game, and for reasons unknown by me, the game ended. It was not due to time or a mercy ruling. Possible that Tap Daddy's decided to give up?? Final score Stallion 22 - Tap Daddys 12
