Game One: Balls Deep @ The Yard
Balls Deep would have a relatively quiet night at the plate. But in the 3rd, they would string together 6 consecutive base hits, leading to 5 runs. Tim Gluck and Tim Frei each doubled and scored during this stretch. The Yard also struggled with the stick, scrapping together a few runs here and there. In the 6th, Jon Poore and Tom Koelzer would go back-to-back with homers. To no avail, those homers weren’t enough to bring enough runs to The Yard. Balls Deep win 9-7.

Game Two: Generals @ Cannoneers
Generally speaking, you’ll need to score more than 8 to beat the defending champs. The Cannoneers would post 14 in the win. Brian Wrigley’s 4 for 4, Shawn Hines’s 3 runs scored, and a Mike Gallo homer led the way. Cannoneers cruise 14-8.

Game Three: Cobra Kai @ Dirty Dozen
The Kai was slow out of the gate, until the 3rd inning when Tyler Gower would hit a long ball. They’d have a big 6th inning, posting 7 runs. Mike Fischer drove in 2 on a bases-loaded double. Barndon Garges also drove in 2 with a triple of his own. D12’s 4 total runs were spaced out over 4 different 1-run innings. Not ideal. The Kai roll, 16-4.
