🔥Shout-out to the grounds crew for another job well done and allowing us to play this beautiful game we love🔥

Doc's Irish Pub at Clinchers
Doc's start out slow only managing a few hits and no runs thru the first 2 innings. Clinchers can't take advantage and put up goose eggs of their own. The Pub gets things going in the third with 7 runs on singles and RBI doubles from Dylan Brooks and Denny Lord. Clinchers can't answer and remain quiet thru 3. Doc's add 3 more in the fourth on more singles and another Lord RBI double. Clinchers manufacturer 2 in the fourth on a Jack Long single and scratch another in the fifth. Luck strikes the Irish in the 5th as they put it away scoring 13 on singles, a Chase Luxton RBI triple and a Brooks 3-run homerun. Mercy called.

Wackers at Muckdogs
Wackers are quiet in the first facing the Muckdogs ace, Eric Schade. Dogs get 3 in the bottom on doubles from Ari, Brancato, and Alex Marrela. Wackers quickly get 2 back thanks to a double by Erb. Muckdogs go quiet. Wackers take the lead in the third on walks (ace?), Nonny double, Dennis D'Angelo triple, and a Alex Freeman homerun. Muckdogs get 2 back in their half as Bill Brancato turns an easy triple into a double and eventually makes it across the plate. Wackers stay on the gas adding 5 in the fourth and 6 in the fifth (bullpen?). Doubles by Bookheimer, Nonny, and Freeman to go along with a Nick Pigot triple. Dogs stay in it with a Ari 3-run bomb, and doubles from Brancato and Schade. Wackers add a couple more in the sixth on another Pigot triple. Muckdogs get another moon-shot from Ari but it's not enough.

Did We Win at Tap Daddy's
Did We Win is quiet in the first. Tap jumps out to a 5 run lead on singles and a 2-run triple from Gambone. Asking for help, Did We Win gets 3 back on errors in the second. Tap scoreless in the second explodes for 9 in the third on singles and RBI triples from Gernart and Rosiak. DWW gets 1 in the third thanks to a triple from Andrew Burgher. Both quiet in the fourth, DWW adds another in the 5th on singles and a double by Mastro. Tap goes in order in the 5th but put the game away in the 6th thanks to back to back to back triples by DiVona, Gernart, and Scott. Tonight's answer is no. Mercy called.

Wu-Tang at Gabagools
Kep starts things off with a triple followed by singles and a 3-run double from Ron "new knees" Pulli. The hitting continues as 28 batters come to the plate in the first inning. Everyone hits as 1-bagging starts early accompanied by a 3-run blast from TK. 22 runs in the top of the first. Gabagools try to answer with 2 as Connor Burke doubles and scores. Wu-Tang goes quiet (probably exhausted) for the rest adding 1 run thanks to a Porter double. Gabagools get 2 solo homeruns in the second from Jake Steinberg and Ajay Houston. 2 more in the third with another Burke double, but too little too late. Mercy please.
