A Division

Quarry

Game 1: Doom Cats vs. Pigeon Boyz

DC takes the early lead with a run in the top of the first. PB answers with four runs in the bottom of the first thanks to back to back RBI doubles by Shane Hanna and Jason Ashworth. Eric Stark rips an RBI double for DC in the top of the second. Mike Bitterlich smashes a three run homer for PB in the bottom of the second. KC Ingram jacks a two run homer for PB in the bottom of the third. DC puts up four runs in the top of the fourth thanks to singles. PB bats around in the bottom of the fifth to put up six runs on singles, and triples by Shane Hanna and Jake Haber. DC adds two runs in the top of the sixth on singles. The Pigeon Boyz top the Doom Cats, 15-9.

Game 2: Vertex vs. Dirty Dozen

Vertex bats around in the top of the first to get six runs on singles, and a two run double by Chris Beatty. DD answers with two runs in the bottom of the first. Singles and a Peter A two run double leads to six runs for DD in the bottom of the second. Vertex bats around in the top of the fourth to score five runs with a two run homer by Chris Beatty. Vertex bats around again in the top of the fifth to plate twelve runs with doubles by Justin Miller and Chris Beatty, and a Sean Nonemacher grand slam. Justin Miller and Bill Shallcross smoke RBI doubles for Vertex to help two runs cross the plate in the top of the sixth. DD rallies for three runs in the bottom of the sixth on singles, and a Brian D double. Vertex takes care of Dirty Dozen, 25-14.

Game 3: Wolf Pack vs. Dirty Dozen

WP scores a run in the top of the first. A leadoff double by Roc Akers leads toa run for DD in the bottom of the first. Kris C rips an RBI double for WP in the top of the second. DD adds three runs in the bottom of the third. DD puts up five runs in the bottom of the third thanks to triples by Brian Dart and Scott F. An RBI double by Mike B helps WP net two runs in the top of the fourth. DD bats around in the bottom of the fifth to push six runs across on singles, and doubles by Blake H and Scott F. WP rallies for a run in the top of the seventh. Dirty Dozen beats the Wolf Pack, 15-8.

Game 4: Bird Gang vs. Wolf Pack

BG takes the lead with two runs in the top of the first on singles. WP answers with five runs in the bottom of the first on singles. Colton Hooker blasts a solo homer for BG in the top of the third. WP manages to get another run in the bottom of fourth. Colton Hooker blasts another solo homer for BG in the top of the fifth. A leadoff triple by Kenny G nets WP a run in the bottom of the fifth. Brendan M rips a two run triple for WP in the bottom of the sixth. BG adds three runs on singles in the top of the sixth. BG gets six runs in the top of the sixth with doubles by Colton Hooker and Greg Matthews. WP rallies for a run in the bottom of the seventh. Bird Gang gets by the Wolf Pack, 14-11.

Carpenter

Game 1: Ball Busters vs. Silverbacks

BB takes an early lead in the top of the first with three runs thanks to a double by Jay Stein, and a Brendan Parker RBI triple. The Silverbacks answer with four runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a Jamal Covington double, and triples by Carlos Gonzalez and Scott Castner. BB bats around in the top of the second to put up six runs on singles, a Tyler Cohen triple, and a three run homer by Andrew Parker. Justin Knapp rips a two run double for BB in the top of the third. The Silverbacks score five runs in the bottom of the third on singles, and a double by Jamal Covington. Rob McKenna blasts a grand slam for the Silverbacks in the bottom of the fourth. The Silverbacks push four runs across in the bottom of the sixth with doubles by Carlos Gonzalez and Ian Cuozzo, and a DJ Ellars three run homer. BB bats around again in the top of the seventh to plate five runs on singles. The Silverbacks out slug the Ball Busters, 21-17.

B South

Lukens III

Game 1: Mud Dogs vs. Stiff Sox

MD bats around in the top of the first to get four runs thanks to an RBI double by Matt Figueroa, and a Josh Figueroa RBI triple. SS gets on the board in the bottom of the second with four runs thanks to a leadoff double by Maximo Sanchez. MD adds four more runs in the top of the second. Singles net MD four runs in the top of the third. Walks and singles help SS put up seven runs in the bottom of the third. SS gets another four runs in the bottom of the fourth with singles and a double by Kurt Krout. MD rallies for a run in the top of the seventh. The Stiff Sox squeak by the Mud Dogs, 15-14.

Game 2: Do Work vs. Vikings

A leadoff double by Jake Gladish nets the Vikings a run in the bottom of the first. Walks and a single lead to three runs for DW in the top of the second. The Vikings add two runs in the bottom of the fifth. Singles give DW six runs in the top of the sixth. Do Work downs the Vikings, 11-3.

Game 3: Rolling Rocks vs. Christian Clout Chasers

CCC takes the lead with a run in the bottom of the first. RR gets on the board with a run in the top of the second. A Chris Hoisington triple nets RR a run in the top of the fourth. CCC picks up three more runs on singles in the bottom of the fifth. RR bats around in the top of the sixth to pick up seven runs on singles, and a bases loaded triple by Collin Donohoe. Rolling Rock downs the Christian Clout Chasers, 10-6.

Cedar Hill

Game 3: Isotopes vs. Flour Power

The Isotopes take the early lead in the top of the first with two runs. FP answers with three runs in the bottom of the first thanks to leadoff double by Jared Sais. Rocco Delise rips a two run double for FP in the bottom of the third. FP bats around in the bottom of the fourth to put up seven runs on singles, and a Jaime Stem RBI double. Singles and a double by Ryan Greenberg lead to five runs for the Isotopes in the top of the fifth. FP adds seven runs in the bottom of the sixth with a solo homer by Chris Lento. Flour Power beats down the Isotopes, 24-8.

Game 4: Flour Power vs. Birds of War

FP plates two runs in the top of the first. Singles net FP three runs in the top of the second. BOW bats around in the bottom of the second to score six runs with a grand slam by Jay Cowan. Ryan Thomson smokes an RBI double for BOW in the bottom of the fourth. FP picks up three more runs in the top of the fifth. FP pushes three runs across in the top of the sixth on walks and singles. BOW bats around again in the bottom of the sixth to pick up eight runs with back to back homers by Tom Bush and Jay Cowan. FP rallies for five runs in the top of the seventh on singles. Birds of War gets by Flour Power, 18-17.
