A Division

Quarry

Game 1: Dirty Dozen vs. Bird Gang

A leadoff triple by James McLaughlin helps BG get two runs in the bottom of the first. DD gets on the board in the top of the second thanks to errors and a three run homer by Peter Arbary. A two run homer by Colton Hooker and an Anthony Siliberto three run homer help BG plate five runs in the bottom of the third. Back to back doubles by Brian DiCesare and Todd Gibson net DD a run in the top of the fourth. A leadoff double by Matt S leads to a run for BG in the bottom of the fifth. DD rallies for two runs in the top of the seventh with a double by Scott Forsyth. Greg Matthews rips the game winning single fo BG in the bottom of the seventh. Bird Gang walks it off over Dirty Dozen, 10-9.

Game 2: Doom Cats vs. Silverbacks

Jamal Covington blasts a two run homer for the Silverbacks in the bottom of the first. DC gets on the board with a run in the top of the second. The Silverbacks score six runs in the bottom of the second on singles, and an RBI double by Ian Cuozzo. Ed O’Neill smokes an RBI double for the Silverbacks in the bottom of the third. A leadoff double by Tom Koelzer gets DC a run in the top of the fourth. A double by Scott Castner and a Phil Bandini RBI triple helps te Silverbacks score two runs in the bottom of the fifth. Back to back to back doubles by Jay Payne, Chris Hackney, and Tom Koelzer help DC add three runs in the top of the sixth. The Silverbacks bat around in the bottom of the sixth to push seven runs across on singles, DC rallies for two runs in the top of the seventh. The Silverbacks beat up on the Doom Cats, 20-8.

Game 3: Ball Busters vs. Doom Cats

Andrew Parker rips an RBI double as two runs come in for BB in the top of the first. DC bats around in the bottom of the first to put up nine runs on walks, singles, and a three run homer by Jon Poore. BB bats around in the top of the second to score five runs thanks to homers by Brendan Parker and Andrew Parker. Eric Stark smokes a two run triple for DC in the bottom of the second. DC bats around again in the bottom of the third to plate TEN runs on walks, singles, and a two run double by Jay Pane. Ken Stein blasts a solo homer for BB in the top of the fifth. BB brings in two runs in the top of the sixth on a triple by Andrew Parker, and a Jay Stein solo homer. BB adds five runs in the top of the seventh with two run homers by Andrew Parker and Matt Korn. The Doom Cats beat up on the Ball Busters, 22-12.

Game 4: Pigeon Boyz vs. Ball Busters

Evan Porter gets a two run double for PB in the top of the first. PB plates six runs in the top of the second thanks to triples by Tom Ivers and Mike Gilbert, and a Shane Hanna two run homer. A leadoff double by Justin K nets BB a run in the bottom of the second. BB bats around in the top of the third to pick up ELEVEN runs with homers by Brandon Birkhead, Mike Bitterlich, and Jeremy Villano. BB gets four more runs in the bottom of the third on singles, and RBI doubles by Justin K and Mike M. Mike Bitterlich blasts a two run homer for PB in the bottom of the third. Walks lead to two runs for BB in the bottom of the fifth. PB adds three runs in the top of the fifth with a two run double by Adam Weltz, and another Mike Bitterlich homer. The Pigeon Boyz make quick work of the Ball Busters, 23-7.

Game 1: Wolf Pack vs. Vertex

Brendan McCoy rips a two run double for WP in the top of the first. Vertex bats around in the bottom of the first to score TEN runs on walks and singles, a two run double by Dan Cymerman, and a Chris Beatty two run triple. WP scores three runs on singles in the top of the second. Vertex plates five runs in the bottom of the fourth on singles, and doubles by Sean Nonemacher and Steve Heath. Vertex finishes it off with four runs in the bottom of the fifth on walks and a Steve Heath RBI double. Vertex pounds the Wolf Pack, 20-5.

B South

Lukens I

Game 1: Birds of War vs. Do Work

Walks get BOW three runs in the top of the first. BOW bats around in the top of the second to score seven runs thanks to three run homers by Tom Bush and Jeff Negola. DW gets on the board with two runs in the bottom of the second. Jay Cowan rips a three run double for BOW in the top of the third. A Nick Pigott RBI double helps DW score two runs in the bottom of the third. BOW adds four runs in the top of the sixth. Jay Cowan smokes a two run triple for BOW in the top of the seventh. DW rallies for three runs in the bottom of the seventh thanks to a Derek Strowhouer three run homer. Birds of War pick on Do Work, 21-8.

Game 2: Birds of War vs. Stiff Sox

BOW bats around in the top of the first to plate ELEVEN runs on singles, doubles by Jay Cowan and Andy Snyder, and a Jay Cowan three run homer. BOW bats around again in the top of the second to add seven runs on singles, and a two run double by Ayden Henricks. BOW bats around once again in the top of the third to put up nine runs on singles, an RBI double by David Mauricio, and an Andy Snyder three run homer. SS finally gets on the board in the bottom of the fourth with three runs on singles. Birds of War destroy the Stiff Sox, 27-3.

Game 3: Mud Dogs vs. Flour Power

A leadoff double by Josh Figueroa helps MD get three runs in the top of the first. MD bats around in the top of the second to score nine runs on singles, a Sam Matos RBI triple, and a three run homer by Brian Figueroa. FP gets on the board with two runs in the bottom of the second. Joe Bradly jacks a grand slam for MD in the top of the third. MD adds two runs in the top of the fifth. The Mud Dogs smokes Flour Power, 21-2.

Game 4: Vikings vs. Christian Clout Chasers

CCC takes the early lead in the bottom of the first to put up TEN runs on errors, walks, and a solo homer by Evan Zehren. The Vikings bat around in the top of the second to get nine runs on walks, singles, and a grand slam by Jake Glum. CCC adds three runs on walks in the bottom of the third. The Vikings bat around again in the top of the fourth to score FOURTEEN runs on walks, singles, and doubles by John Walsh and Mike Michini. CCC rallies for nine runs in the bottom of the fifth on walks and singles. The Christian Clout Chasers walk it off over the Vikings in an absolute slug fest, 25-24.

Cedar Hill

Game 1: Rolling Rocks vs. Isotopes

RR takes an early lead with two runs on walks in the top of the first. The Isotopes answer with three runs in the bottom of the first thanks to an RBI double by Dave Ray. Chris Hoisington blasts a three run homer for RR in the top of the second. Singles lead to three runs for the Isotopes in the bottom of the second. Justin Mahome smashes a solo homer for RR in the top of the third. Randy Worthington jacks a two run homer for RR in the top of the fourth. Paul M ropes an RBI triple for the Isotopes in the bottom of the fourth. Joey Ferrell gets into the action and launches a two run homer for RR in the top of the fifth. Four runs cross the plate for RR in the top of the seventh thanks to a Harry Steglich two run triple, and a solo homer by Justin Hahome. Zac Warren jaks a solo homer for the Isotopes in the bottom of the seventh. Rolling Rocks doubles up on the Isotopes, 18-9.
