Pitch Please V Bomb Squad

Score sheet is MIA for game one, but it appears to be a close battle where pitch please squeaks out a hard fought one run win, 14-13.

Action from game 2 - a couple single strings would net bomb squad two runs thru the first few frames. Bill Brancato would double their score in the fifth with a 2 run homer. Pitch please was also slow to start, with Kyle Lowry plating a couple on a two run triple. A sac fly in the seventh making it 5-5 would send this one to an extra inning. Joe kindt made the bonus frame count blasting a two run homer. A few batters later Jon Beard would add a two run double. They’d send 6 across the plate in the top of the 8th to make it 11-5. Bomb squad was permanently extinguished going 3 up 3 down in the bottom of 8, giving Pitch Please an 11-5 win and a Spring Championship! Congrats to all the members of Pitch Please!
