Dugout Demons vs. Birds of War

Dugout jumped out early with three runs in the first on singles and a double by Matt Grimm. Bird gets one in the second on singles. Bird gets four in the third again taking advantage of the small ball. Dugout answered in the third with five runs on singles and a three run home run by John Wagner. Birds of War would only plate one more run in the game while Dugout would get four on home runs by John Wagner and Spencer Mitchell. Dugout Demons win game one 12-6.


Birds of War struck first with six runs in the first inning on singles and a two run double by Ryan McAvey. Dugout would cut the lead in half with singles to plate three in the second. Birds would get one in the third including another double by Ryan McAvey. Dugout plated three again on singles and walks. Birds would add two and take a 9-6 lead into the seventh. Dugout would come out hot in the seventh and plate five runs on walks, a double by Christian Wagner and a homerun by Jimmy Natale. Birds would get a lead off triple by Matt Jacobson but would only score one run. Dugout Demons win 11-10.
