Bye Week Vs Wildfire
Bye week is unable to score in the top of the first and Wildfire capitalizes scoring 4 in the bottom of the first, led by a leadoff double by Hector Torres, Vince Ceriale has an rbi single, Kyle Stephens hits a sacrifice fly, and both Bruce Davis and Mark Maria knock a run in. Bye Week get two back in the top of the second with a two rbi single from Dan Weinstein. Wild fire gets one back when hector torres scores after his second double of the game. From there, Wildfire adds three more in the third and that’s the end of scoring, with Bye Week only getting 3 hits the rest of the game.

Wildfire Vs Web Gems
With Wildfire warmed up from their first game, they explode for ten runs in the top of the first. Vince Ceriale scores two runs and knocks in two RBIs of his own with a two out triple on his second at bat of the inning. Wildfire’s defense continues to play well and holds Web Gems scoreless the first two innings and add one more in to top of the second off of an rbi single from Jim Catanzaro. Wildfire stays hot, scoring 5 more in the top of the 3rd, led by Jim Catanzaro’s two rbi double. Web gems are able to get 4 back in the bottom of the third, but strand runners on and can’t add more. Zach Shustyk adds another for wildfire with an rbi triple to bring the lead to 17-4. Web Gems is able to add 4 more, but are unable to make it interesting, but get a solo home run from John Uccelletti in the sixth.

Felix’s Fellas Vs Web Gems
Felix’s Fellas are blanked in the top of the first before Web Gems comes out swinging, scoring 9 highlighted by a bases clearing 3 rbi double from Eric Wrenn. Felix’s Fellas get one back in the top of the second after they capitalize on a Pat McCourt’s triple with an rbi single from Rob Gonzalez. Web Gems extends the lead in the bottom of the second with rbi singles from both George Webb and Alex Larosa. Felix’s Fellas creep back over the next three innings, scoring 2 4, and 2 runs in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th respectively, with a big two run home run from Angel Alicea in the 5th. Web Gems realized it was close in the 5th and reengaged in the game, scoring 9 runs off of 9 hits and 3 walks in an evenly spread show of offense where 8 different batters earned RBI’s. Felix’s is unable to do anything in the top of the 6th and that’s the game.

Web Gems wins 20-9

Philly’s Phinest Vs Balls Deep
Philly’s Phinest aren’t able to do anything in the top of the first, leaving runners at second and third, and Balls Deep takes the early lead on an RBI single from Nick Carl. Sean Dougherty scores for Philly’s Phinest in the second to tie it up before Balls Deep retakes the lead when Trevor Harris crosses the plate. Tony Summers has a two RBI single in the top of the third to give Philly’s Phinest the lead and they hold Balls Deep scoreless in the third. Balls Deep returns the favor, holding Philly’s Phinest scoreless and retaking the lead in the bottom of the 4th, scoring two runs with Bob Stanley hitting an RBI triple and scoring himself on an error. The lead changed again the next inning, with Philly’s Phinest scoring 5 in the top of the 5th, with Tony Summers hitting a 2 rbi single and then being immediately followed by Shawn Dunn’s two run home run. Balls Deep adds one more in the fifth, but they can’t dig deep enough as they are held scoreless in the 6th and 7th and Philly’s Phinest adds insurance runs in the top of the seventh.

Philly’s Phinest vs The Swingers
The Swingers starts the scoring early, crossing the plate once in the top of the first off a sac fly from Chris Clewell an rbi single from Tony Summers. Philly’s Phinest tie it up with an rbi single from Tony Summers. The Swingers rake the lead with a two RBI double from Matt Bachmann and 5 more runs to create a 8-1 lead and hold Philly’s Phinest scoreless in the bottom of the second. Philly’s Phinest get two back in the bottom of the third off a two rbi single from Ray Rocks. In the top of the 4th the Swingers add to their lead off an rbi double from Dale Hoover and rbi single from Brian Hoover. Philly’s Phinest chip away again, scoring two of their own off RBI singles from Nick Truder and Mike Rocks Jr. The fifth is scoreless for both teams before The Swingers plate 4 in the 6th, with back to back 2 rbi singles from Dion Greene and Dale Hoover. Philly’s Phinest shows life scoring 5 of their own, highlighted by a 2 RBI double off of Ray Rocks. Philly’s Phinest holds the Swingers scoreless in the top of the seventh and come up to bat down by 4 but are only to able to muster 2 base runners and come up short.

The Swingers win 14-10

Player of the Game: Dale Hoover, 3-3, two singles, double, 3 RBI’s, 1 run scored

Holding hands with hookers vs Swingers
Holding Hands goes down 1-2-3 in the top of the first before Swingers scores three with Chris Clewell and Brian Close hitting back to back doubles, Brian knocking in two of the three runs on his and scoring later on Dione Greene’s ground ball to second. Holding Hands only musters a walk in the second before Swingers add two more with a sac fly from Matt Bachman and a ground ball from Casey McFarland. Holding hands is held scoreless again in the third and swingers keeps adding with an rbi double from Brian Close and sac fly from Ben Razzi. Holding Hands finally get on the scoreboard with two runs with an rbi single from Dan Owens and RBI walk from Gary Brooks. Swingers are finally held scoreless for an inning in the bottom of the 4th and Holding Hands gets one back on another RBI single from Dan Owens. Swingers are held scoreless in the bottom and Holding Hands adds another run in the top of the fifth off an RBI single from Dan Owens. Swingers puts this one out of reach in the 5th, scoring 6 runs highlighted by a 2 rbi double from Matt Close. Holding Hands manage two in the 6th off of RBI singles but Swingers get them back quickly with a sac fly and rbi double. Holding Hands manages only one hit in the seventh and can’t make it close.

Swingers wins 17-5

Felix’s Felllas Vs Holding Hands with Hookers
Felix’s Fellas start the scoring quickly with a leadoff double by Dave Rodriguez followed by an rbi double from Bill Ramano to swap spots. Angel Alicea knocks Bill Ramano in and Felix’s Fellas take an early 2-0 lead. In the bottom of the first Holding Hands scores one run on no hits, 2 walks, and a sac fly. Felix’s Fellas can’t muster any runs in the second and Holding Hands has a lead off single and then don’t swing, getting 5 walks in a row, with 2 RBI walks, before Dan Owens knocks two in on a sac fly. Felix’s Fellas get two rbi singles and a solo home run from Angel Alicia to score 3 in the top of the third but Holding Hands gets more walks and pairs them with hits with 2 walks, 3 singles, a big 3 rbi double from Del Kanan followed by an rbi triple from Gary Brooks to extend the lead to 15-5 after 3. Felix’s Fellas are held scoreless in the 4th and Holding Hands adds one to the lead with a sac fly from Joe Carp. Felix’s Fellas gets two from a two run home run by Bill Ramano but Del Kanan crosses the plate for Holding Hands in the bottom of the inning to keep the lead significant. Felix’s Fellas get another run with an rbi double from Sam Matof but it isn’t enough as Holding Hands add 4 more in the bottom of the 6th. An rbi double from Joe Carp and sac fly from Dan Owens lead the way and, despite getting two runs in the top of the seventh, Felix’s Fellas never threatens and Holding Hands cruises.
