Game 1: Monsters & Menthols vs. Hagan’s Heroes

MAM bats around in the top of the first to plate four runs on singles in the top of the first. MAM bats around again in the top of the second to score five runs thanks to doubles by Sean Nonemacher, Brandon Roman, and Bill Brancato. MAM bats around once again in the top of the third to put up eight runs on singles. HH gets on the board in the bottom of the third with a run. Monsters & Menthols beat down Hagan’s Heroes, 21-1.

Game 2: No Shows vs. Reap What You Sow

RWYS bats around in the bottom of the first to get ELEVEN runs on walks, singles, and doubles by Tyler Gower and Dave Gordon. A leadoff triple by Brandon Birkhead helps RWYS put up three runs in the bottom of the second. NS gets on the board with a run in the top of the third. NS scores four runs in the top of the fourth on singles, and a Derek Strowhouer RBI triple. The bottom of the fourth has RWYS put up three runs with doubles by Brandon Birkhead, Amanda Clark, and Bob Louderback. A leadoff triple by Derek Strowhouer nets NS a run in the top of the sixth. RWYS ends it early with two runs in the bottom of the sixth. Reap What You Sow beats up on No Shows, 20-6.

Game 3: Reap What You Sow vs. Boomsticks

RWYS bats around in the top of the first to plate five runs on singles, and doubles by Ryan C and Kyle Rizzi. RWYS scores four runs in the top of the second thanks to doubles by Ryan C and Kyle Rizzi. The Boomsticks get on the board in the bottom of the third thanks to a Jeff Cheng two run double. RWYS pushes four runs across in the top of the fourth thanks to singles, and a double by Amanda C. Scott Forsythe rips an RBI double for RWYS as three runs come home in the top of the fifth. Reap What You Sow dominates the Boomsticks, 18-3.

Game 4: Lady Birds vs. Man Bear Pigs

LB picks up one runs in the top of the first on triples by Jason McLaughlin and Joey Pittman. LB bats around in the top of the second to pick up nine runs thanks to doubles by Justin Huber, James McLaughlin, Joey Pittman, and Chucky Vile, and a Jason McLaughlin bases loaded triple. Ryan C rips an RBI double for MBP in the bottom of the second. LB bats around again in the top of the third to score another nine runs on singles, and a Justin Huber RBI double. MBP plates another run in the bottom of the fourth. The Lady Birds take care of Man Bear Pigs, 19-4.
