Game 1: To Be Determined vs The Commission dba Silly Boys
Commish get 1 in the 1st, 1 in the 2nd, and 1 in the 3rd. Jon Motts triples. TBD also get 3 in the 1st 3 innings. Collin Sheehan homers along with Steve Gebre. Things get hot in the 4th for Commish and they score 5. Brendan Parker bangs out a 2 run triple with bases loaded, and Greg Thompson follows it up with an RBI double. TBD answer back with 1 in the 4th and 3 in the 5th to tie it up again. Sheehan doubles. In the 6th, Commish take a 1 run lead when Dillon Tagle doubles and scores on Jon Motts RBI single. TBD blows it wide open in the 6th by batting around and scoring 8. Tyler Stone doubles in 2 runs and Collin Sheehan follows that up with a 3 run dinger. Commish goes quietly into the night in the top of the 7th 1-2-3, and TBD (will they ever come up with a team name?) wins, 16-9.

Game 2: Shake-N-Bake vs Calcium Cannons
Cannons get 1 in the 1st and then bat around in the 2nd. Trey Cuozzo doubles. Shake-N-Bake plate just 1 in the 1st 3 innings. Dave Shannon doubles. In the 4th, Cannons get 3 more after Jason White and Brett Saverio both triple in the inning. Shake-N-Bake come alive and score 6 in the bottom of the 4th. Shannon doubles again. Cannons bat around in the 5th and tack on 7 more runs. Jason White triples and Josh Fontanez homers. Not to be outdone, Shake-N-Bake also bats around in the 5th. They play smart small-ball and put together 6 runs on singles and walks. After 5 innings, Calcium Cannons have 18 runs and lead by 5. They won't need any more, as Shake-N-Bake gets only 1 more run in the last 2 innings. Calcium Cannons win, 18-14.

Game 3: Wire2Wire Sports Podcast vs Dingers
After Wire2Wire takes a 4 run lead in the top of the 1st with Alex Freeman blasting a 3-run homer, Bill Shallcross toes the mound in the bottom of the 1st inning with no idea that he'll be making Softball America History tonight. Perhaps the strike-out of the Dingers leadoff batter in the 1st inning was a sign. Dingers go down in order in the 1st. Wire2Wire get nothing across in the top of the 2nd. In the bottom of the 2nd, Shally is still on fire and gets 3 more outs in a row from the Dingers. Wire2Wire add 4 in the top of the 3rd. Bill Walker blasts a 2 run triple. In the bottom of the 3rd, things go a little awry for Shally and a Dingers batter reaches on an error, but otherwise they go down 1-2-3 after that. Sensing that they can end this game early, Wire2Wire goes ballistic and scores 14 in the top of the 4th to put them up 22-0. Jim Chapman legs out a double, Sean "Preppie" Butrica smacks a double, Brandon Bozek cruises in for a double, Brian Dart homers in 3 runs, Gene Walczak legs out a 2 run triple, and Eric Dillon gets an RBI double. In the bottom of the 4th, up >20 runs, all Shally has to do is sit down 3 Dingers' batters for the no hitter. He gets the 1st batter to strike out, and then the next two fly out. Wire2Wire wins 22-0, and BILL SHALLCROSS RECORDS A SLOW PITCH SOFTBALL NO HITTER!

Game 4: Beers vs Kings Corner
Kings Corner plate 4 in the 1st while Beers plate 3. Scott Runzer doubles for Beers. In the 2nd, Kings Corner gets another 4 with Sean Nonnemacher doubling. Beers add 2 of their own in the bottom. Kings Corner get 3 in the 3rd, with Frank Stabler doubling in 2 runs. Beers keep it close and score 5 in the 3rd. Scott Runzer doubles and Kevin Dooley collects 3 RBIs with his double. No one scores in the 4th, but in the 5th, Kings Corner adds 1 and Beers take a lead of 3 after scoring 5. Kings Corner takes a 1-run lead in the 6th, with Mike Capacchione tripling and scoring. Beers takes a 2 run lead in the bottom of the 6th by scoring 3, with Vinnie Venneri tripling and Dooley doubling again. Kings Corner has no answer in the top of the 7th and this game ends with a Beers win, 18-16.
