Quarry

Game 1: Doom Cats vs. Silverbacks

The Silverbacks plate six runs on singles, and doubles by Jamal Covington, B Haagan, and K Taite. Back to back doubles by Alex P and Joey A net DC two runs in the top of the second. Zach M smokes an RBI triple for DC in the top of the third. Ian Cuozzo and Scott Castner blast homers for the Silverbacks in the bottom of the third. DC bats around in the top of the fifth to score TEN runs thanks to doubles by Jay S and Brian B, and homers by Jonny P and Brendan M. Back to back RBI doubles by B Haagan and K Taite net the Silverbacks three runs in the bottom of the sixth. Eric S jacks a solo homer for DC in the top of the seventh. The Doom Cats squeak by the Silverbacks, 17-14.

Game 2: Vertex vs. Philly Junk

Mike Cap rips an RBI double for Vertex in the top of the first. Doubles by Tom Ivers, Jason Ashworth, Evan Porter, and Jeremy Villano help PJ put up three runs in the bottom of the first. Evan Porter launches a two run homer for PJ in the bottom of the third. Vertex adds a run in the top of the fourth. Ryan Catana smokes an RBI triple for PJ in the bottom of the fourth. Five runs cross the plate for Vertex in the bottom of the fifth thanks to doubles by Tom Ivers and Evan Porter, and a Jeremy Villano two run homer. PJ picks up seven runs in the bottom of the sixth on singles, and a Shane Hanna grand slam. Philly Junk downs Vertex, 19-4.

Game 3: Philly Junk vs. Bird Gang

An RBI double by Pat Kelley helps PJ put up four runs in the top of the first. Justin M rips an RBI double for BG in the bottom of the first. PJ bats around in the top of the second to score eight runs on singles, doubles by Pat Kelley, Evan Porter, and Mike Bitterlich, and a Jason Ashworth three run homer. Jason McLaughlin rips an RBI triple for BG in the bottom of the second. PJ gets five more runs in the top of the third. Three runs cross the plate for BG in the bottom of the third thanks to a two run triple by Chucky Vile. Back to back doubles by Adam W and Ryan S lead to four runs for PJ in the top of the fourth. BG bats around in the bottom of the fourth to put up five runs on singles, and doubles by Jason McLaughlin and Pat M. Pat Kelley and Mike Bitterlich jack homers for PJ in the top of the fifth. Shane Hanna smashes a three run homer for PJ in the top of the sixth. Philly Junk destroys Bird Gang, 29-12.

Game 4: Dirty Dozen vs. Bird Gang

DD bats around in the top of the first to plate six runs on singles, and a bases loaded triple by Pierre G. Jason McLaughlin jacks a solo homer for BG in the bottom of the first. DD bats around again in the top of the second to put up six more runs thanks to singles, and doubles by Will P and Lee C. Tom Ivers smokes a two run double for DD in the top of the third. DD adds four more runs in the top of the fourth with a Mike Ivers RBI double. BG puts up four runs in the bottom of the fourth on singles, and doubles by Pat M and Joey P. Brian Dart jacks a solo homer for DD in the top of the fifth. James McLaughlin launches a solo homer for BG in the bottom of the fifth. Dirty Dozen beats up on Bird Gang, 22-7.

B South

Groveland

Game 1: Isotopes vs. Christian Clout Chasers

CCC bats around in the bottom of the first to put up five runs with a two run homer by Anthony Rivera. CCC puts up three runs in the bottom of the fourth thanks to RBI doubles by Nick Kulik and Joe Coffin. The Isotopes finally gets on the board with six runs in the top of the sixth on singles, and a homer by Zac Warren. Back to back doubles by Anthony Rivera and Nick Kulik net CCC two runs in the bottom of the sixth. The Christian Clout Chasers double up on the Isotopes, 14-7.

Game 2: Christian Clout Chasers vs. Bats All Folks

CCC picks up five runs in the top of the first thanks to a triple by Evan Zehren, and a Nick Kulik three run homer. BAF answers with two runs in the bottom of the first thanks to a Kevin G triple. Charles Myretenus smashes a two run homer for CCC in the top of the second. Three runs come in for CCC in the top of the third on doubles by Sean Thomas, Joe Coffin, and Anthony Kulik. BAF adds a run in the bottom of the fourth. CCC bats around in the top of the fifth to score seven runs with RBI triples by Charles Myretenus and Rahmire Jackson. The Christian Clout Chasers down Bats All Folks, 9-4.

Game 3: Bats All Folks vs. Crum Bum

Brogan jacks a leadoff homer for BAF in the top of the first. CB answers with three runs in the bottom of the first on singles. CB puts up six runs in the bottom of the second thanks to RBI doubles by Chris Beam, Joey Sullivan, and Shane Miller. BAF puts up six runs in the top of the third on singles, and a triple by Keith Youse. A run comes in for BAF thanks to a triple by Jack in the top of the fifth. CB adds four more runs in the bottom of the sixth with doubles by Chris Beam, Sonny Rennard, and Taylor Fedder. Crum Bum beats Bats All Folks, 16-11.

Game 4: Penn Color vs. Crum Bum

A double by Adam Rich helps PC get two runs in the top of the first. CB answers with two runs in the bottom of the first. CB bats around in the bottom of the second to score eight runs on walks, singles, and doubles by Chris B, Joey S, and Colin G. PC puts up six runs in the top of the third on doubles by Adam Rich and Gavin Spellmeyer, and a David Putman solo homer. Brogan Donovan smokes a two run triple for PC in the top of the fourth. Taylor F rips a three run double for CB in the bottom of the fifth. Brian Lynch smashes a solo homer for PC in the top of the sixth. CB adds four runs in the bottom of the sixth. Crum Bum takes down Penn Color, 23-11.

Game 4: Do Work vs. Unknowns

DW bats around in the top of the first to score five runs on singles. The Unknowns answer with four runs in the bottom of the first on singles, and a leadoff double by Ray Jones. DW plates three runs in the top of the second on walks and singles. DW bats around in the top of the fifth to put up six runs on singles, and a double by Sebastian Pigott. The Unknowns push five runs across in the bottom of the fifth with singles, and a Jaden Newman two run double. DW scores six more runs in the top of the sixth thanks to a Scott Ruthman three run double. Do Work takes care of the Unknowns, 21-12.
