Game 1: Kings Corner vs Philly Junk
Philly Junk gets the 1st 3 batters on base in the 1st and they all score. Pat Kelley homers in the 3rd. Brandon Birkhead doubles in the 4th which leads to 6 more runs. Tom Koelzer doubles in th 5th and they get 4 more across. Cody Runner's triple in the 7th leads to 2 insurance runs. Kings Corner get a homer from Sean Murphy which leads to 2 runs in the 1st. Murph homers in the 3rd for another run. 2 walks lead to 2 runs in the 6th. Needing 13 to tie and 14 to win in the bottom of the 7th, Kings Corner scores 6 before recording an out. CJ Snyder doubles. They run out of steam though, and Philly Junk wins, 17-10.
Game 2: Beers vs Moonlight Mashers
Moonlight Mashers get back-to-back homers from Jack Nugent and Cole Allen in the 1st. Tyler Young smashes a double in the 3rd which leads to a couple crossing the plate. Will 4 runs be enough to win? Let's see. Beers plate 5 in the 1st, so the answer is NO. Ryan Maley triples and scores in the 2nd. Ryan Calabro doulbes in the 3rd and Beers plate another 5. 6 singles in the 5th score 3 and end this game early with a Beers win, 16-4.
Game 3: Moonlight Mashers vs Dingers
Mashers try to redeem themselves in their 2nd game. Max Pac doubles and scores in the 2nd. They'll get 2 more in the 3rd and 1 in the 4th. 1 last run crosses in the 5th, and Mashers are hoping 5 will win this game. Dingers get to work and score 6 in the 2nd. Blake Szymanski doubles. 4 more score in th 4th with Dave Iatarolla doubling. They'll get 4 more in the 6th with Szymanski doubling again along with Bailey Jamanis, and back-to-back triples from Iatarolla and non-roster sub Gen Walzcak. Dingers win, 14-5.
Game 4: Wire2Wire Sports Podcast vs Dingers
Dingers get a double from Bailey Jamanis in the 1st but leave him stranded. Jamanis homers in the 2nd and that caps a 9 run inning. Blake Szymanski doubles in the 3rd and scores. Jamanis homers for a 2nd time in the 4th and Dingers plate 6 more. Non-Roster Sub CJ Snyder doubles and scores in the 6th. Wire2Wire has some work to do and they get right at itby scoring 6 in the 1st. Joe Dimezza leads it off with a double. They send 21 to the plate in the 3rd and score all but 4 of them. Brian Dart, Alex Freeman, Gene Walczak, Adrian Reyes and Sean Butrica all double. 2 more cross in the 5th when Bill Walker triples and Kris Karaba doubles. Dimezza, Dart, and Tom Signore all smash doubles in the 6th, which leads to 3 runs. Wire2Wire wins, 28-17.
