Game 1: Long Shots vs. Wackers/Scudz

LS starts off hot in the top of the first, plating seven runs on singles and a two run double by Matt Kafton. Jarrett Kerns smokes an RBI triple for LS in the top of the second. WS gets on the board with a run in the bottom of the second. Errors lead to four runs for WS in the bottom of the fourth. Four runs cross the plate for LS in the top of the sixth. WS rallies for five runs in the bottom of the seventh thanks to an RBI triple by Alex Freeman, and an Alex Amador two run homer. The Long Shots top Wackers/Scudz, 13-10.

Game 2: Hagan’s Heroes vs. Wackers/Scudz

HH bats around in the top of the first to score four runs with a double by Keith Keppley. WS answers with three runs in the bottom of the first with an RBI triple by Justin Kelly. WS puts up four runs in the bottom of the third with a two run double by Justin Kelly. HH adds two runs in the top of the fourth on singles. HH bats around in the top of the fifth to put up seven runs on singles. HH bats around again in the top of the sixth to get another seven runs thanks to singles, doubles by Dana Myers and Jay Pane, and a Keith Keppley three run homer. Hagan’s Heroes beats down Wackers/Scudz, 22-7.

Game 3: Wire 2 Wire vs. Hattricks

Gabriel Morales smokes a two run double for W2W in the top of the first. Three runs cross the plate for Hattricks in the bottom of the first thanks to a Matt Friend triple, and a two run homer by Kyle Rizzi. Back to back triples by Greg Gueino and Dan Vescovi net W2W a run in the top of the second. Hattricks bats around in the bottom of the second to get five runs with a three run homer by Kyle Rizzi. Hattricks bats around again in the bottom of the third to put up six runs with a bases loaded triple by Kyle Rizzi. Hattricks beats Wire 2 Wire, 14-5.

Game 4: Wire 2 Wire vs. Wu Tang Forever

W2W bats around in the top of the first to score nine runs on singles, and an RBI double by Dan Vescovi. WTF answers with six runs in the bottom of the first on singles, and a two run double by Rich Stead. Greg G rips an RBI triple for W2W in the top of the third. WTF gets five more runs in the bottom of the fifth on singles and a John Erb two run homer. Gerard D jacks a solo homer for W2W in the top of the seventh. Wu Tang Forever squeaks by Wire 2 Wire, 14-12.

Game 1: JT Bankers vs. Breaking Balls

Errors, singles, and a two run homer by Tom DiFrancesco leads to five runs for JT in the top of the first. Jesse Faller blasts a three run homer for BB in the bottom of the first. Tom DiFrancesco rips a two run double for JT in the top of the third. Erick Myers blasts a two run triple for BB in the bottom of the fourth. Three runs come in for JT in the top of the fifth thanks to an RBI double by Dan Croak. JT bats around in the top of the seventh to plate nine runs on singles, and doubles by Matt Bechtel and Dan Croak. JT Bankers beats down Breaking Balls, 21-7.

Game 2: Team Hunt vs. I’d Hit That

Back to back triples by Gary Ehly and Dan Wehlau net TH two runs in the top of the first. Mauricio Calero rips a two run triple for IHT in the bottom of the second. TH gets on the board with a run in the top of the third. TH adds a run in the top of the fourth on singles. A double by Wayne Horger, Sr helps TH plate a run in the top of the sixth. IHT rallies for two runs in the bottom of the sixth thanks to an RBI double by Dan Wehlau. I’d Hit That takes down Team Hunt, 8-3.

Game 1: Envi vs. Hit & Run

Envi takes the early lead with two runs in the top of the first. Three runs cross the plate for Envi in the top of the fourth on a triple by Jon Williams and a Kevin Ryan solo homer. HAR bats around in the bottom of the second to put up seven runs on singles, and a grand slam by Matt Korn. Back to back doubles by Adam Hebert and Jason Angert lead to three runs for Envi in the top of the third. Singles lead to five runs for Envi in the top of the fourth. Hit & Run tops Envi, 16-5.

Game 2: Hit & Run vs. Downey Not Out

HAR takes an early lead with a run in the top of the first. DNO answers with two runs in the bottom of the first. Singles get HAR four runs in the top of the fourth. Singles lead to five runs for DNO in the bottom of the fifth. Matt Ryan smashes a two run homer for HAR in the top of the sixth. Hit & Run beat Downey Not Out, 9-7.
