Game 1: Dingers v. King’s Corner

This game had Dingers who got going early and KC who did so later in the game. For Dingers, an 8-run 2nd inning was highlighted by Jake Zbarsky’s 2-run double. Chris Marion also drove in 2 with a triple. Chris later another 2-run single and Brandon Waller tripled home a run in the 7th inning. Dingers went to score 17.
King’s Corner got a triple from Adam Smith who later scored and John Erb singled home 2 in the 3rd inning. By the 5th inning, KC had only plated 7 runs before their 7-run 6th. Dan Cymerman cleared the bags with a double. Matt Crowell singled home Erb in the 7th as they continued their rally but it fell short as KC went down 17-15.


Game 2: Wire 2 Wire v. Team Horsham

Quite the barn burner in this one as the victor was determined by a 5-3 final. Team Horsham plated two runs in the first inning after Brett Saverio and Eric lane scored. Dan Lineberger scored on Mike Bobrin’s rbi single in the 4th.
W2W scored two in the first when Adrian Reyes and Greg Guarino both singled home runs. Bill Brancato and Jacob McDeVitt both singled home runs in the 3rd as part of a 3-run frame and as you may now have figured out…W2W took the game 5-3.

Game 3: Dookie Brewster v. Mike’s Bar & Grill

This game was all Dookie. A barrage of errors and multiple extra base hits led to dominance by DB. Jose Rodriguez tripled twice in the game while driving in 4. Jose, Joe Horchuck and Tom Koelzer all scored 4 times as they went on to score 26 times.
Mike’s…well…scored just 3 runs. Jyle Saba in the first and Dave & Rob Demko scored in the 4th. Mike’s took a beating 26-3.


Game 4: Beers v. HG Coal Fire Pizza

Ryan Maley doubled twice in the game while Connor MacFarlane’s 1st inning double drove in 2 runs. Rich Acierno had a 2nd inning triple and a single in the 7th as he went on to score two times.
Brendan Arker had himself a game. Driving in 5 runs on 3 hits which included a 3rd inning home run. Andrew Parker went 4-5 coming a HR short of the cycle. He scored 3 times while driving in 5. Pizza guys delivered a W with a 17-12 final.
