Game #1 – Kekambas vs. Chico’s

First game of the doubleheader for the night for these two teams is all Chico’s as Kekambas is unable to produce any runs. Chico’s gets two runs in the first, one run in the second, and one run in the third on a solo shot by Bill Shipe. Chico’s bats around in the fifth adding seven runs. Finish the game up in the sixth adding one run on a solo homerun by Kevin Shinkunas. Chico’s wins 12-0.

Game #2 – Chico’s vs. Kekambas

Chico’s start the game with five runs in the top of the first with a two run double by Bryan Bart. Kekambas answer back with four runs in the bottom half with a two run homerun by Jim Malatesta. Chico’s add six runs in the top of the second with a three run homerun by Kevin Shinkunas and a solo shot by Bill Shipe, while Kekambas come up empty in the bottom half. Chico’s tack on two more runs in the top of the third to take a 13-4 lead. Kekambas start bottom of the third with a solo shot by Tim Greenfield and add two more before inning is over. Chico’s add one run in the top of the fourth with another homerun by Bill Shipe and Kekambas comes up empty again in the bottom half. Chico’s comes up empty in the fifth, sixth, and seventh innings. Kekambas get four runs in the bottom of the fifth with a two run shot by Doug Andrews, but come on short. Chico’s wins 14-11.

Game #3 – Wackers vs. Titans

Wackers open the game up with two runs in the top of the first, but the Titans bat around in the bottom half putting six across the plate. Wackers come up empty in the second, third, and fourth. Titans get two runs in the second, four runs in the third with a two run homerun by Mike Dura, and three runs in the fourth with a two run shot by Kyle Rizzi. Wackers get three runs in the top of the fifth, but Titans finish the game off with five runs in the bottom half with a three run homerun by Jaret Fullmer. Titans win 20-5.
