Game 1 - Cobra Kai @ American Legion

Legion struggled out of the gate, scoring only 3 runs after 4 innings. CK's production was spread out, but the top of the order did particular damage. Matty Poust had 3 doubles, 1 single, 1 walk, 3 runs, and 2 RBIs in the lead off spot. Jake Haber and Mike Fischer would bat 2nd and 3rd, scoring 5 more combined. And clean up hitter, Rob Thompkinson would park 2 while driving in 5. But in the 5th inning, Legion would spark up a run, rattling off 12 runs over 2 innings. A bevy of singles along with 2 homers (Brian Wrigley & Jake Engelman) would slice the lead down to 2. Neither offense would produce any runs in the 7th.
