Game #1 – Complete Liquidators vs. Roos

Bryce Bundy breaks the scoring in this one with a first inning RBI triple giving Liquidators the early lead. Roos do them a couple better and get three runs in the bottom of the inning thanks to a three run bomb from Jeremy Villano. Liquidators get going again in the second, this time grabbing six runs. Kelly Kornusslo starts the scoring with an RBI single, followed by a two run double by Carl Pately. Colin Donohoe and Charlie Kelly round of the inning with RBI as well. Liquidators keep it rolling in the fourth with Donohoe and Shawn Pflegar RBI doubles and Kelly gets into the act with an RBI double. Roos trail in this one 11-6 until they explode in the sixth inning. Jake Blum starts the scoring with an RBI single followed by a two run triple from Villano. Frank Fusca then smacks an RBI triple leader to RBI singles from Dave Blum and Selina Alicea. Liquidators would get a couple of runs back on a Donohoe RBI double and sac fly from Kelly, but they would fall just short in this one. Roos win 15-13.
