Re: Conduct Unbecoming
Brian Dart (Balls Deep) has been issued a 1-game suspension as a result of defying league requests and warnings to not wear electronic equipment on the field of play. Doing so is in direct violation of ASA and SBA league rules. As a result, Brian will not be eligible to play in his next scheduled Friday Men’s game. If this violation continues, so too will the game suspensions.

Re: Conduct Unbecoming
Christina Colon, Sunday Coed (Mad Batters) has been suspended indefinitely from all Softball America leagues and tournaments for extremely vile and unbecoming conduct toward a league official which included a physical assault on the game umpire. In the state of Pennsylvania, It is a federal crime to assault a league official. You can read more about that here…

The umpire on the receiving end of the assault has the option to report the incident to the police. The umpire also has the option of filing a grievance with the ASA where Ms. Colon will face a hearing. If found guilty, she will likely serve a minimum 1-year suspension from all ASA leagues and tournaments.

Re: Conduct Unbecoming
The Backyard Bombers (Sunday Morning Men's) will not be invited back for the 2025 season due to excessive no-call, no-show forfeits in 2024. If the team decides to reorganize with a new team name, new team manager, and a solid commitment to show up for games, I will consider a reinstatement.
