Game #1 – Wackers vs. Wehrung’s

Alex Freeman get this rolling with a two run double to give the Wackers the early two run lead. Wehrung’s respond in the bottom of the inning with a run of their own on an Alex Poniktera RBI single. Wehrung’s take the lead in the next inning after getting a two run bomb off the bat of Luke Hendricks. Wackers grab the lead back in the top of the fourth after they get a sac fly from Lissa Tercha and RBI single from Nick Piggot. Wehrung’s clutch up again in the bottom of the inning grabbing three runs and takes the lead. Wyatt Schilling crushes a two run bomb and Erik Senderling RBI single. Wackers struggle for an inning before they step up in the sixth and take the lead. Matt Bookerhimer had an RBI single, Alex Freeman had a two run triple and Dan Vescovi had a sac fly as they lead 8-7. Wehrung’s get all the way to the seventh and their backs against the wall with two outs, but Doug Moninghoff and Steph Hines come up clutch with back to back RBI singles as they will walk this one off. Wehrung’s win 9-8.

Game #2 – Rock N Rebel vs. Wehrung’s

Rebel gets rolling in game two with a Luke Reynolds RBI single followinged by a Sam Nagel RBI double which brings their early lead to 4-0 over Wehrung’s. Wehrung’s look to fire back fast after their late game heroics in the first game and do with an RBI single from Erik Senderling. Wehrung’s wake their bats up with a bang in the second inning, pushing across 11 runs in total. Lowell Snyder starts it with an RBI single followed by a three run bomb off the bat of Douglas Moninghoff. Wyatt Schilling got into the action with a homer of his own, this one a two run shot. Luke Hendricks rounds out the inning with a two run single from Luke Hendricks as they take a commanding 12-4 lead. Rebel answers back in the third getting two runs on a single from Nagle. That is where Rebel really gets stuck in the mud as they will not be able to get any more runs across for the rest of the game. Wehrung’s put this game away late in the sixth with a fuve run inning, getting a two run bomb out of Luke Hendricks. Rebel will roll in this one. Rebel wins 18-6.

Game #3 – Mott-Ley vs. Rock N Rebel

Crue get rolling in this one with four runs right out of the gate. CJ Motts, Tom Finn, Evan Porter and Jonathan Duchette all have RBI singles in the inning as they take an early 4-0 lead. Rebel respond with three runs in the bottom of the inning. Nagle had a two run single in the inning. Neither team scores until CJ Motts delivers with a two run bomb in the third, pushing their lead to 7-3. Rebel get their answer in the fourth with RBI singles from Rob Schuh and Emily Kline tying the game up. Jon Motts gets into the party in the fifth with a two run bomb and breaks the tie, but that is answer in the sixth inning with a RBI single from Eric Stalford and Luke Reynolds. Crew comes up and takes a big lead in the seventh, which is the final time this game will swing as rebel can’t answer. Jon Motts grabs a two run triple to ice the game. Crew win 15-9.
