Game 1: Wire2Wire Sports Podcast vs. Beers
Beers scores 4 in the 1st. Wire to Wire Sports Podcast custs the lead to 1 with 3 runs in the 1st, topped by a 2 run double from Manager/Player Gene Walczak. Beers add 5 in the 2ndon a Ryan Maley double and a few singles and walks. W2W adds another 3 in the 2nd, on Jared Fagano's 3 run bomb. Score is now 9-6, favor of the Beers. A seven run 3rd inning gives Beers 16 after their 1st 3 turns at bat, but W2W has a HUGE 3rd inning and takes the lead 17-16. Homeruns from Greg Guarino and Jon Poole lead the effort, with Pool also adding a double in the inning. Beers retake the lead in the 4th, with 4 runs. A solo homerun from Ryan Calebro, along with Kevin Dooley's double make the difference. Not to be outdone, W2W ties it up in the bottom of the 4th, with back-to-back homers from Jacob McDevitt and Poole (his 2nd of the evening). Beers pour on the heat in the top of the 5th, scoring 10 on a Scott Runzer homer and doubles from Maley and Calabro, and a 2 run triple from Tim Coleman. Wire To Wire goes down in order in the bottom of the 5th. Going into the last inning (6th, due to time limit), the score is 30-23. Beers add 2 more on Josh Goldbergs 2 run dinger. Wire To Wire can only must 3 runs in the bottom of the last despite Guarino's RBI double. Beers defeat Wire To Wire in this (not-so-much) pitcher's duel, 32-23.

Game 2: Team Horsham vs. King's Corner
Brett Saverio leads things off with a triple in the top of the 1st, and with Dan Lineberger's RBI double, they score 4. Not to be outdone, King's Corner scores 1 in the fist on John Erb's RBI double. Team Horsham adds 2 in the 2nd, on Brian McEachern's RBI double. King's corner explodes in the bottom of the 2nd, scoring 13. Matt Schaub's triple and CJ Snyder's 3 run homer lead the effort, along with Frank Staber's double. Score is 14-6 after 2. Team Horsham goes quiet for the rest of the game. Meanwhile, Kings Corner scores nothing in the 3rd and 4th. In the 5th, Kings Corner scores 5. Sean Nonemacher has an RBI double, Schaub and Erb bang out back to back homers, and Bill Brancato chips in with a double. in the bottom of the 6th, King's Corner adds 2 more to win this one 21-6.

With Matt Schaub going 2 for 3, he is now batting .905 and threatening Fran Hackett's Seasonal batting average record of .903. Stay tune for next week as Schaub goes for the record!

Game 3: Dookie Brewster vs.Philly Junk
Dookie Brewster bangs out 4 singles and with a double from Tom Koelzer, they score 3 in the 1st. Philly Junk answers back with 2 in the bottom of the 1st, with an RBI triple from Brandon Birkhead. DB adds 2 in the 2nd, while Philly Junk goes scoreless in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Dookie Brewster adds 1 more in the 4th and 3 in the 5th on Koezler's 3 run dinger. Score is 9-2 after 5 and a half. Philly Junk comes alive in the bottom of the 5th, batting around and scoring 6 on a triple from Birkhead and a double from Shane Hanna. Dookie Brewster adds 2 more in the 6th to take the score to 11-8, and that's the way this one will end. Dookie Brewster wins 11-8.

Game 4: Dingers vs. Just Food
Dingers knock in 5 in the 1st on Pete Auteri's triple and doubles from Connor O'Keefe and Eric Poppler, while Just Food answers back with 4 of their own. Dingers bats around in the 2nd, scoring 7. Poppler and O'Keefe each get their 2nd doubles of the evening, and along with Mike Casbar's homer, lead the Dingers in the inning. Just Food tightens the score by plating 6 in the 2nd, on Kyle Saba's 2 run double. Score is 12-10 after 2, but that won't last long. Dingers more than double their score of 12, scoring 14 in the 3rd. Doubles from Casbar (2 in the inning), O'Keefe, and Bayley Jamanis, along with Auteri's homer show the way. Just Food score 1 in the 3rd on Dave Shannon's RBI double. In the 4th, Dingers keep the foot on the gas and score another 5, making their lead 31-11 after 3 and a half. If this was summertime, we'd see the 1st instance of the Flip-Flop rule, but not tonight! Doubles come from Jake McCall, O'Keefe (his 3rd of the evening) and Rich Schmidt. Just Food scores only 1 run in the bottom of the 4th. In the 5th, Dingers add another 6, with Chris Manion and Popple adding doubles to their line. Just Food puts together a few hits and scores 3 in the bottom of the 5th, led by Shannon's 2nd double and 3rd RBI of the evening. It's not enough to overcome 37 runs though, and Just Food falls to Dingers 37-15.
