Game 1 (Mens) Red Stallion vs. Penn Engineering

Penn Engineering looks to be a new company team looking to have some fun after work, welcome to the league! They do have a rough go of it early as they're learning the ropes at the Quarry field. They manage to score 1 run while batting 16. A single by John M, and a subsequent single and RBI by Kelsey Phillips would get them to their run. On the other side, Red Stallion looks to be a Sunday morning mens team trying to branch out into other nights of the week. They get going with a triple by Ryan N and a 2 run bomb by Tom Jacob. They make quick work of Penn Engineering and end it in 6 by a final of 14 to 1.

Game 2 (Mens) Wasted Talent vs. Penn Engineering

Penn went back to the drawing board and cooked up a new 16 person lineup card for game 2. They did manage to double their run total from game 1 by scoring 2 runs on a single by Tom H, a walk by Madison, and a 2 RBI truple by John M! Team Wasted Talent went with a more conventional 9 person lineup and start the bottom of 1 with an inside the park homerun by Kyle Ortiz. Wasted Talent puts it away in the 5th as they bat around scoring 9 with XBH's by Matt Schwartz, Keith Otto, and John Fleming. Final score 17 - 2
